Founded in 1989, South L.A. Boxing Gym is a vibrant boxing club for youth and adults. Situated on South Main Street in Los Angeles, the gym offers professional training in basic boxing skills, self-defense, competition training, and weight loss programs. The gym also boasts an amateur boxing team and sponsorship opportunities. As an independent business, South L.A. Boxing Gym is dedicated to promoting boxing as a transformative tool for the community, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and unlocking their full potential in the ring and beyond.

I use to bring my two daughters here, khloé & Bonnie. My girls stopped attending for personal reasons, we hope to be back someday. We loved coming here. Coach Lino, his wife Rose & their two sons are awesome individuals. If you want your kid to be in shape & fit, Coach Lino has different training routines to accommodate your child’s needs. If you stay consistent and dedicated you’ll definitely see improvement. Remember, nothing worth doing comes easy 🥊♥️

Started training two months ago to lose weight and learn how to box. The coaches are awesome and very motivating for the time of being here i have learned a good amount of things. If your thinking about coming I recommend it.

They don't open on time! The coach mostly trains 3 people all the time, while the rest repeat the same training. The place is underground and the bathroom ain't sanitary...
