I really wanted to love this women-only gym, but the way they treated me postpartum was incredibly disappointing. I was on a doctor-approved medical leave and asked for the 6 months they allow, but they started charging me again after just 6 weeks — without notice. When I called, a staff member told me I “should be fine after six weeks,” which was shockingly insensitive given I was still recovering with complications.

It took multiple back-and-forths and me having to go get another doctor’s note just to get credit for the months they charged me. For a women’s gym, I expected more understanding.

Classes are also nearly impossible to book — you need to reserve the moment they open up. If you get on the waitlist and miss the last minute notification email, you’re charged a no-show fee.

Clean facility, but overall not worth it for me.

The classes they offer at the gym fit my need. I even brought my friend to join. The gym is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and it’s clear they genuinely care about members’ experiences.
I tried the facial service, and it was great, too. Thank you for creating a space that supports both physical wellness and overall well-being. Keep up the great work!

This is a great place for women to exercise. I love that it’s for women only because it promotes a relaxed atmosphere very different from co-ed gyms. It also smells way better than a co-ed gym (sorry guys). I also like the gym and instructor staff, they’re professional but friendly. Finally, it has a great cleaning staff so I was always comfortable taking a shower.

I love my gym. it’s all woman’s. I drive 20 miles daily to get my workout in. They have a great gym floor. Great fitness classes. I can’t express how kind the staff is especially the evening girls. Jovana & Joanne. They’re so helpful. I really love my gym & highly recommend it. 🫶🏽

I like the concept of an all-women's gym, and the staff is great, but the facility itself is pretty basic. I initially signed up mainly for the group classes because they were excellent at the time — unfortunately, that's no longer the case.

One issue is the lack of substitutes when classes get canceled due to instructor absences. For example, a new instructor has been sick three times this month, resulting in last-minute cancellations. We typically receive a courtesy email notifying us of the cancellation, but sometimes, a substitute teacher is not provided. This means we have to wait until the next scheduled class, which sometimes isn’t for several days or falls in the middle of my workday or is full already.

Recently, one of their popular instructors moved away, they found new instructors with VERY limited schedules. So now I'm out 3 classes!

While I'm griping, when there's a Monday holiday, they cancel group classes but keep the gym open. I have some Mondays holidays off, so I always get excited thinking I can try a day class. But then they end up canceling them. Is it the pay? Do they have to pay instructors more on holidays? Nonetheless, it's so disappointing :(

On top of that, the membership dues have increased. It's frustrating to pay more while receiving fewer benefits. Although the location is convenient for me, I’m starting to question whether continuing my membership is worthwhile, especially since the current offerings don’t justify the higher price.

I'm not the only one who feels this way, either. I talk to other members just to hear their perspective. They're saying the same thing.

I'm bummed

Some staff have been rude and seem to think it appropriate to take out their bad day on customers. Billing issues have popped up repeatedly although the card is being used elsewhere perfectly fine. There are extra charges if a card doesn’t go through for whatever reason the first time.

It's a nice place but they are too busy. There is never room in the classes unless you reserved a spot 8 days in advance. If you do end up in a class the "regulars" let you know you "took their friends spot" and do not touch the fan. If you buy a monthly package for the spa, its basic services nothing special, and they never offer to schedule you for your next months appointment. Which ended up in me missing services I had already paid for due to forgetting to reschedule. I ended up canceling my membership. I really wanted to like this place because its women only; I really loved that, but they just didn't work for me.

A women’s gym without childcare????? How odd - not very supportive of women :( can’t even go here if I wanted to

I like the gym. HOWEVER please be forewarned that if you enroll for a ONE year membership, when that year has ended, they will continue to charge you a renewal and monthly fee without your knowledge or consent, and will not refund. Wish someone would have informed or warned me so I didn’t lose money.

Joining this gym/spa was the best thing I’ve done since retiring. It has all the latest equipment, a good variety of classes, a great spa and is always spotlessly clean. I now have it all in one place with easy, free parking!
The also have the occasional event and I was able to do a pop up with my small business here. I’ve made new friends and actually look forward to working out now.
The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome.
I’m very happy here!

So much better than the old gym that used to e here! Great part of the community hopefully will be here for many years! I only wish they had bigger weights and a traditional squat rack. Women lift heavy too! Love this place. Clean and air conditioned with good selection of equipment
