Jaclyn and her online training program is full of so much helpful information, kindness, and action. She clearly knows what’s she is doing, and gives you the tools to help you lose weight and get started on your journey! She holds you accountable, and is willing to reach out with personal messages, videos, etc in order to make sure how you are doing and how she can help you better week to week. While under her guidance, I felt that following this program would get me to where I wanted to be. The app she uses is very thorough, with a spot to track all kinds of different metrics that can help u see real progress in numbers, photos, words, or however you like. Her mindfulness prompts and “homework” are very insightful and not only have you thinking about bettering yourself, but have u taking real actions towards bettering yourself, which I thought was unique and awesome. Lastly, I loved that she shares parts of her own journey, which felt relatable and wholesome, seeing how her current appearance might feel “out of reach”. Jaclyn is a girls girl and anyone nervous to join this Sparkle community shouldn’t be!!! You will find the body and mindset you’re looking for in her hands. She is hands on, yet low pressure, but good accountability at the same time. I recommend!! And I’m not a bot, I just type like that.

I’ve been seeing Jaclyn for the past two and a half months. I don’t naturally go to the gym for strength training so I decided to get a trainer so it is something I have on my schedule. I’m so glad I found Jaclyn! She has made working out FUN! It’s something I look forward to. She designed a program specifically for me and not only is it fun, I’m seeing results. Thanks Jaclyn!

So happy I found Jaclyn!! :) If you are shy, introverted or intimidated by the gym atmosphere like me, then you should definitely work with Jaclyn!! She has great energy and at the same time, she will always meet you at your level, and maybe even bring you out of your shell little by little when you’re ready. :)

I’m on a hybrid program where I have a full program (like 4 workouts per week for 4 weeks) created by Jaclyn— 3 of those days I work out at home on my Tonal, and 1 day I train with her in person at the gym. I come in on different days (like Day 1 this week, then Day 3 next week etc) so I can try all the moves with her in person. She is so attentive and always makes sure the exercise is safe for me! Whenever I have questions, she explains the technical details well and gives me simple cues which really helps me improve my form. The workouts are always challenging, but never to the point where I’m exhausted for the rest of the day.

As for nutrition, she also has a macro guide and meal plan suggestion for me which is not meant to be strict at all! It’s really just a guide to start making manageable switches here and there. I didn’t really “give up” anything and Jaclyn actually encourages listening to your body, be it having a cookie or skipping a workout on a bad day. So simple but it makes so much sense!!

In three months (Oct 2024 - Dec 2024), I was able to go down from XL/L to M!! (well, sometimes still L since commercial sizing is inconsistent haha). Realistically, my weight hasn’t drastically changed, but the visible changes are really noticeable especially through clothes, measurements and pictures!! I was able to enjoy the holiday festivities without “holding back” because I knew I had a good foundation for my health. I still have those days where I worry if I “messed up” my progress the past week, but the next time I meet Jaclyn, she always calms my worries and reinforces that we have been putting in the work so I am good. Phew!! This has been the longest I’ve had healthy habits without being burned out at all, and that’s really what it means to make sustainable healthy changes.

All that to say, Jaclyn has been the best find and the best investment I made for myself in 2024!! 🥰 Looking forward to this year as well!! ✨ I hope this helps and if you’re still on the fence, please try to reach out to Jaclyn and see if it’s a good match for you also! :)

Working with Jaclyn has been an experience above the rest. Jaclyn is AMAZING!! In the past three weeks, the level of support she provides is what I can only describe as holistic. When I think of a personal trainer, I usually think of someone who will help motivate you to exercise and eat better. Jaclyn does both of these things but is also SO much more. With her mindset sessions, unconditional support, celebration of all things feminine, emphasis on tuning into your body, and more, Jaclyn is not only a personal trainer but a life coach, confidante, good friend, mentor, and guide. I struggle deeply with perfectionism, anxiety, and all-or-nothing thinking, and just these few weeks of Jaclyn encouraging me to celebrate my wins and the different phases of my life and cycle, as well as being more than willing to meet me where I am on any particular day have been SO impactful! I can feel myself tuning in more to what my body needs and starting my journey to feeling more aligned and balanced, which has been a goal of mine for what feels like forever. I’ve tried a couple of personal trainers before but nobody has been quite like Jaclyn. I am also based in Texas and have been working with her virtually, which was initially something that fed into the doubt of whether it would be as beneficial as in-person would be but nope!!! I feel Jaclyn’s ✨sparkle✨ in every text, every call, every interaction, and it inspires me just as much as the content of our conversations and work together to approach life as positively and authentically as she does. She has allowed me to begin becoming comfortable with showing up imperfectly yet honestly. The workouts she has guided me through over video calls have allowed me to slow down and really focus on quality over quantity. As someone who has constantly had a dysregulated nervous system and gravitates towards high stress situations, she has shown me the power that lies in slowing down and focusing on each movement. I’ve felt EVERY. SINGLE. EXERCISE. sooooo much more that way, which came as a surprise for me! I have also learned so much about the power of the feminine from her and to honor my body’s natural cycle rather than succumb to the male-centric standards we have readily accepted in our society. I haven’t known Jaclyn for even a month but in these short few weeks, I have laughed, cried, worked, exercised, vented, and celebrated my wins with her. I am hoping to continue working with her because there is literally nobody like here that I’ve ever met. You can just tell that she enjoys and is so so SO passionate about what she does and helping other women, and that energy is so very contagious. Jaclyn, thank you so much for believing in me even when I don’t believe in myself, for seeing my power before I began leaning into it, for empowering me to be my most authentic self no matter what crazy thing is going on in life, for going with my flow while still gently pushing me to do my best, for teaching me the power of REST, and for just being so wonderfully, beautifully, authentically you. ❤️✨

Having Jaclyn as a trainer has not only helped me physically but mentally as well. I have torn ligaments in my knee and I haven’t stepped foot in a gym in 10 years so taking the first step to be active again has been a true fear of mine. When I voiced my concerns to Jaclyn she was ready to be my cheerleader and support me in anyway I felt ready for. Her “sparkle” really encouraged me to work hard and show up for myself to find my own! Jaclyn customizes workouts to make sure I’m doing safe but challenging movements and I can definitely say after week 3 I already felt an improvement in how much I trust my body. She truly has a trained eye to catch the little things and you can hear her passion and knowledge come through, even if we’re virtually training. It feels like I’m getting a full personal trainer experience even if we aren’t meeting face-to-face because Jaclyn is always checking in through personal messaging and on an amazing fitness app as well. We live in different time zones but she always makes time to train, even if it’s through her own dinner.
