Please fix the roof and repair locker rooms. I cannot easily go up and downstairs so this gym because it’s on one level is much easier to go to but it’s only open when it’s not raining and closed on weekends. The lockers and benches are falling apart the sink area is damaged the showers and sauna are not working but the gym area itself is nice but since it’s temporarily closed please fix this stuff.
Update… I hear that they are going to close this location and focus on the fancy new locations. This club is good for me because it had no stairs I have developed neuropathy which makes it painful to walk and use stairs. I might have to quit this gym and re join 24 hour fitness.

I'm a member of this location as well as the bigger one in Van Nuys. I really dig this smaller gym because it has all the essential weights and cardio you need and it's never crowded. It has a parking lot and I've never had trouble getting a spot. I like coming to this location when I want a more low-key workout, and then go to the Van Nuys one for classes and/or more extensive machinery. FYI this location doesn't have a locker room (it has regular bathrooms, but no showers or lockers). Great spot for straightforward workouts.

Very unprofessional. We called to ask if it was open to which they said yes. Got to the gym and it was closed. Not even the bare minimum to post on social media saying it’ll be closed today. So unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend this gym

The gym advertises it opens at 7am. I live in the neighborhood and decided to use this gym since it opened in April.

Quite a few times I arrived there at 7am and it wasn't open. I had to wait 15 minutes or more. I would often just leave and return in the afternoon.

Today I went at 8:30am and it was closed due to flooding. This isn't the first time the"flooding" happened. Apparently from what a staff told me, "someone" left the shower on all night. Who is responsible for checking this?

This is unacceptable. I've had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate their tardiness. When my membership expires, I'll look for another gym that's more reliable.

I love this gym I recommend it if you’re in North Hills. They have all the equipment I need for my cardio and strength training. They have new hammer strength machines and 5 squat racks. The staff is always friendly and overall a great environment.

What’s going on with the North Hills location? It’s been a few days now a few of us show up at opening and it is not open. Considering the times we are living I can understand being understaff, however, multiple days in a week is not acceptable. Some of us have our time scheduled and it is not professional to not advise the members on time via social media at the bare minimum. I have no other issues with this location when it’s open. ONE STAR ISN’T MY RATING. It is simply so someone can acknowledge the situation. I will update the rating once this issue is resolved.
