Spectrum Performance LLC empowers individuals to help achieve their health, fitness, & performance goals. We provide effective training strategies that are tailored to each client's goals and needs.
We coach athletes and non-athletes alike of all ages and experience levels. This includes semi-private training for adults wanting to look, feel, and move better and semi-private training for athletes wanting to get faster, more explosive, and stronger.

Spectrum Performance utilizes fundamental principles in strength training, conditioning, speed development, mobility training, and nutritional guidance that helps foster a more resilient, better performing, and confident human being.

I did a drop-in on a Saturday and had a great experience! Coach Nick kept the class fun and engaging while still pushing everyone to work hard. All the members were so friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away.

The workouts are challenging in the best way. I also really appreciate the focus on mobility, with thorough warm-ups and stretching before the workout.

Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and well-coached fitness environment.

Nick has been amazing! I joined because of an illness that put in me in terrible shape. Nick has worked with me through the illness and medications, as well as helping me with the foods I eat. This is on top of the well planned daily and weekly exercises. The classes are small and personal. The range in fitness is apparent in every class. Nick is really great. I joined because I was turning 50 and losing muscle and flexibility. I am not a real excerciser by nature and have NEVER enjoyed it. 😂 I can’t say that I love every minute now, but I love how I feel. It’s not just strength and cardio, it’s also a lot of flexibility work. I also love that you can track your progress and feel like you are improving. Every time I go, I can do something better than before, whether it’s more weight, more range of motion or more reps. And Nick makes it really user friendly. He is happy to customize the exercise for those who need it. He’s very hands on and cautious about making sure people don’t get injured. And lastly, the people are great. Super supportive and accepting. I highly recommend this program!!!

My 13-year old son is currently participating in a 10-week program designed for football players. He is on week 4 and has had incredible results so far. Coach Nick has designed a program that goes beyond the expected strength & conditioning aspects. Coach Nick thoroughly explains the rhymes and reasons for specific drills and movements and how they will translate to the gridiron. In addition, he is building relationships with the athletes, always checking in with them and having conversations beyond training. I also appreciate the nutritional plans provided, along with the advice and coaching about the importance of fueling the body for optimal performance.

Absolutely excellent experience. I'm just getting started again with fitness. Nick is incredible at working around injuries and weaknesses to help you build up strength, balance, and stability. We talk out meals and have gradually swapped out ingredients in breakfast meals to meet my dietary needs and increase protein. In just the first month, I've built muscle, can now run up the stairs when it hurt to walk up them before, and dropped 6lbs. Highest recommendation for this program!!

Spectrum Performance is not a place where you go to hangout, its a place where you go to workout! This gym is staffed and populated by people who focus on fitness, form and functionality over Tiktok trends. The building doesn't look fancy on the outside, but the interior has plenty of space, is super clean, and fully equipped with all of the serious gear you needed to get you in your best condition. The guests are either working directly with professional trainers on in organized classed designed to keep them building their strength while safe from injury. This is no cross-fit dungeon. There is plenty of natural light and good music to keep you motivated.

I was recommended to see Nick by my uncle, first meeting we figured out my goals and nutritional needs going forward, his knowledge and know how on working through changes helped me get to where I am confidently working out at a fire academy. He exceeded my expectations in every way, I worked at gyms for years and he’s hands down the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve worked with. Working with him I put on about 15 lbs of muscle and increased my cardio to a point where I can easily say “I’m in the best shape of my life”, I was a 3 sport athlete growing up and I’m in even better shape then what I was back then. Not only did I get stronger and faster, but my confidence has shot up so I can feel I can take on any physical challenges. I’d recommend seeing Nick 10 out of 10 times to anyone in need of training. Spectrum Performance has something for everybody. I’ve been taking classes with Nick since he took over the place, and I was there for about 10 years under the previous owner. My friends marvel that I seem so much stronger and healthier than others my same age. Why is this important? Because I’m 81 years old for Pete’s sake! I’m no longer as strong as I was, but Nick adapts exercises for me to my level and ability. His encouragement keeps me going. Nick keeps me in shape for life! Before I started working with him, I had long-running back problems and even bouts of sciatica. All of that is gone now, thanks to twice weekly workouts with Nick that have tremendously improved my strength and flexibility. After being a runner and cyclist for 25 years, I had to stop exercising due to really bad lower back pain. After resting didn’t help, I found Nick to do myofascial release as stretching seemed to help. He was such a great listener! Nick did a thorough assessment, some myofascial release (yay!) and then taught me a few simple exercises to do daily. I went back for a few weeks and each week he expanded my home exercise program a bit, not too much so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. He was so positive and encouraging! And…. I started to feel a huge amount of relief. Was so grateful when I went on a run and was able to do the rest of my day without pain.

Nick helped me so much and I trust him completely. My daughter went to see him too. Also a great experience.

My name is Jason Briones, a D1 Linebacker at Presbyterian College and former All-Conference Linebacker for the Gavilan College Rams. I came to Coach Nick/ Spectrum Performance following a somewhat mediocre freshman college campaign. My main issue was my lack of speed and strength following an injury filled season. With Coach Nick/ Spectrum Performance I was able to have a breakout Sophomore year, earning multiple athletic scholarships and honors. We have been partnered with Coach Nick for the past two years now and it has been a blessing for our program. Nick goes above and beyond to put our student athletes in the best possible position on the field and in life! Our kids have gotten much stronger and faster and most importantly have been able to stay on the field due to Nick’s training. My son Derin started training with Nick when he was 12 years old. He never liked playing sports but he has always been strong . I wanted him to get exercice and figured this would help him gain confidence as well as get exercise.

Nick has been amazing for Derin. He knows how to train kids, speak with them, instill confidence and pride in who they are. My son has thrived under Nicks training and he has gained so much confidence. He even loves playing football now and says he is the strongest kid in his class.

I highly recommend Nick. He definitely knows his stuff and works very well with children and adults.
