Great instructor! Studio is clean and super nice in Downtown Danville. The loved how each workout was in a different workout room. We did cycling for 20 minutes, weight lifting 20 minutes and then yoga for the last 20 minutes. Perfect overall workout.

I was immediately greeted when I checked in for my first visit. She immediately explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Even though I take cycle classes often, she set me up on the bike and explained what to expect. Our instructor was Riana who was fantastic. She has energy, strength, and pumped me up for cycling, explained the weightlifting set, and brought calm and relaxation during the stretch. I highly recommend Spenga and taking a class from Riana!

I had a great experience at Spenga. Everyone was so friendly. It was my first time and Kara made it very clear that I could adjust things to my level so I didnβt feel pressure to try and keep up with everybody. The bike portion was very high energy and really fun. Then we moved over to the weights and it was arm day. Everybody picked their own and again worked at their own pace. Kara called out the exercises and walked around, making sure we were doing it correctly and also encouraging everyone. There were TV screens above that also visualized the exercise. Ending with the yoga and stretching was great way to wind down. Fun class.

SPENGA is so much more than a typical gymβitβs a supportive, uplifting community led by amazing instructors and an incredibly kind couple who own it. Every class is thoughtfully designed and leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. I truly love being a part of this space. My only wish? That they expand closer to PleasantonβI happily make the drive to Danville every weekend, but having a location nearby would be a dream!

The bar is high at SPENGA: SPENGA has best workout routine with state of the art facilities and equipment. It is always extremely clean and well ventilated. Every instructor is phenomenal. Just started a few weeks ago. I LOVE SPENGA! Just when you think you can't take it any more in the first 20 minute cycling piece it ends and you move to the strength training portion and the same happens after that section. Then Ahhhh YOGA which is challenging as well. But by the end your body has been pushed physically, and mentally (YOU CAN DO THIS!) And then the reflection part which happens toward the end and taps your spiritual side. Amen! The BEST hour in a day you can give yourself! Another Amen... Thank-you SPENGA DANVILLE!

I was looking for a spin class while I was in town visiting and came across SPENGA. It was a fabulous experience! I typically ride my peloton at home and I would compare this class to one of their bike bootcamps if you're familiar. I love the three separate workouts: Spin, Strength, and Yoga. The facilities were clean and felt safe (lockers provided, equipment clearly cleaned). The staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and that I understood the structure of the work out. Loved how I felt after 60 minutes of working out with Natalia! Iβve taken hundreds of spin classes training for triathlon over the years - this was a focused 20 minute session that really cuts to the chase. The strength portion hit all the main muscle groups with great visual cues to help your form...including split squats (my hammies hate you π). Yoga is an area that I donβt have much experience with but Natalia gave very clear directions and structured the work out so I had the opportunity to do a few reps of each pose to improve. I walked out feeling very centered and energized for my day. π
