I believe they have closed with no notice - they said they were renovating for one week in early November but have not reopened and have sent out no updates. Very unfortunate as this was a great place to work out.

I drove here from Santa Monica after reading such great reviews on SPENGA. Also, their concept is unique as you get three different workouts (cycling, floor work with weights, and yoga).
I decided it was worth the trip from Santa Monica to Woodland Hills and signed up for the 6:15 a.m. class with Divya on Thursday, September 28.
The girl at the front desk, Sara, was accommodating and pleasant. Very friendly. Very professional.
Unfortunately, the session didnβt go well since the instructor had technical issues beyond her control.
During the session, it seemed like the instructor didnβt know what she was doing, and later, she mentioned she was nervous since it was her second class teaching. She was nice and friendly, but I expected a high level after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp.
There were only three people, and two of them left in the middle of the session, leaving me alone with the instructor.
I come from the fitness world and am used to working alone or in a group, but the atmosphere was weird and awkward. Because the session started late, I only got five minutes of Yoga at the end.
After the session, Sarah at the front desk immediately offered me another free session. She added more credit to my account, so I came back today, Friday, 10/13, at 8:15 for another session with Tianna, who was fantastic. The class wasnβt packed with people, which was great. Tianna was able to hold our attention and motivate us.
Twenty minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of floor work with dumbbells and straps, and then 20 minutes of Yoga session. Thank you, Tianna!
Thank you, Jess, at the front desk, who helped me sign up for this session today and was flexible enough to let me change to the 8:15 session instead of the 9:30 one.
>>> if you do class, notice that you canβt use their showers. Sara informed me the first time I came into the studio that the showers were only for members. The critical thing to consider in case you need to get ready for work.

I was on Classpass previously, but after trying out SPENGA for the first time I cancelled and signed right onto a membership here! What I enjoyed about Classpass was the variety, but SPENGA's workout gives you that variety every single time. You get your cardio, strength, and recovery in one session. I have been going for about two months now and my body has completely transformed. I'm strong, toned, and motivated. I look forward to my workouts and on days I don't go I feel like something is missing! Everyone who works there is kind and helpful, the studio itself is super clean, and the folks who work out there are positive, too! The workout can be modified and is therefore great for all fitness levels. I'm so glad I found this place :)

Iβm really excited I found this place. The staff are incredibly friendly, and most of all, the workouts are a total dream come true. I feel such a big difference in my body and energy just after 5 classes! Obsessed with the mix of cycling, strength training, and yoga. Itβs delicious. Started a week ago. Classes are very good. I burn 600-700 calories per class and I can feel myself gaining strength and flexibility after only 5 classes. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

AWESOME studio and workout! The instructors and staff are friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I cannot speak highly enough of this studio. The workout is one of a kind, my one stop shop. I can get my cardio and strength which I love. And then the flexibility is built in with 20 minutes of yoga. From the moment I walked in, I have been greeted with kindness. The staff clearly knows every single member and the class just hung around afterwards visiting and hanging out. It is so nice to be part of a community that is welcoming and clearly loves what they are doing. Thank you thank you!!

Spenga is the best workout you can get in one hour, I have gotten so many of my friends on board! Cardio, strength and mindfulness- what more can you ask for? Way better than Orange Theory on my opinion. The gym is pristine clean, everyone is friendly and supportive the teachers are fun and help you push to your edge. They will make you WERK! There is no better feeling than when you leave this place. I love it here, so glad to be a founding member!

This is the essential workout. Twenty minutes each of spin, strength training and yoga make me feel stronger and calmer, ready to take on each day. Joined as a founding member but feel more like family here with the consistent support and motivation from each instructor. Another plus is the studio and equipment are modern and immaculately clean. SPENGA is 100% the hottest place to sweat in Woodland Hills!
