Love Spring Thoery! I started here to help complement my physical therapy post kids and fell in love. I appreciate the inclusive environment for all body types and strength level. All the instructors are very educated, I would recommend any of them.

The 10am small group class was great! Heather was very knowledgeable, provided great breathing cues, and hands on feedback for beginners. Great experience for the price!

I have been attending private and group classes at Spring Theory for about five years now. The teachers are knowledgeable and conscientious, staying true to the goal of Pilates, which is to have a healthy and balanced body.

More importantly, the teachers and clients in the studio are kind and accepting. Spring Theory is a sanctuary where judgement is left outside the doors of the studio.

Thanks to all the fabulous trainers- we love you!

The teachers are amazing. I feel so inspired and cared for in this studio. Teachers here tailor instruction to meet our needs. I’m stronger and more confident. For me, it has been a life saver, literally. I’m very motivated and I make it to class 99% of the time. I like the facility and equipment too. The other clients are kind and down to Earth. I love it. 🩷🥰🩷

Hi Heather, I just wanted to let you know that your teachers are amazing! I bump around different classes because of my schedule so I see different people and they are all great. I always look forward to going and on Friday when I was walking back to my car after class, I noticed how good I felt, nice and stretched and no aches and pains! At my age that’s a bonus. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know you have done an all around great job on your studio. You make a difference! Thank you.

This studio is the best! It’s true Pilates with caring and highly experienced instructors. The studio is beautiful and has equipment not found in franchises. The owner, Heather, makes sure the small, five-person classes run smoothly and that the studio is always immaculate and inviting. The private instruction is top-notch and worth every penny. I absolutely love it. My personal recommendation is Susan! This studio is a hidden gem.

I love Spring Theory, it’s by far my favorite Pilates studio I’ve ever attended. The studio is decorated beautifully; Heather and all of the instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The classes are a little different each time, keeping it fresh and the instructors give options for modifying, making the classes fun & engaging for all levels. Simply the best studio!!

I can’t say enough about Susan at Spring Theory Pilates. She has more knowledge than any instructor I’ve ever met, and, even more impressive, she continues to educate herself. She has notebooks FULL of workouts and always has an exciting, organized plan that utilizes all the fun fancy equipment and accessories at the studio. Before we jump in, she always asks how my body is and then tailors the focus of that session to meet my needs for that day, as well as for my longterm goals. I’ve found my pilates home for life!

I loved my teacher Miara. She was sweet and considerate. I was getting back into exercising after having gotten out of shape. Miara was a great cheerleader and support for me in that moment. I always did private sessions. Miara’s approach was gentle overall.

"Miara is an exceptional Pilates instructor who brings passion, expertise, and dedication to every session. I have been getting private sessions with her for a year now. Her encouraging demeanor creates a supportive environment where you feel motivated to push to your limits and achieve your fitness goals.
At the same time, I have had vertigo issues, and Miara has worked diligently with me to create alternate exercises and help me keep my body in shape even though I’ve had several restrictions.
With Miara, you're not just exercising; you're embarking on a journey towards strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Highly recommended!"

Gentlemen... I can't tell you why you don't see more men doing Pilates. It makes no sense to me. As a man entering my senior years, I have found Pilates to be hugely challenging in a physical sense and very beneficial to this aging body of mine. Maintaining flexibility and physical strength isn't for the timid, but can add years to our lives when we are taught how to compensate for the aches and pains of normal aging. And THIS gym has what it takes to do that.

About a year ago I crashed a bike and it seemed like it wasn't going well as far as returning to pre crash mobility. I been going to one of those places that stretch you for a few years but I'd come to realize that I'd have to try something else. I considered yoga and settled on Spring Theory Pilates.
After a complimentary induction I bought a book of private lessons. I'm in better shape now, quit getting stretched and now stretch myself. I'm 71 years old and have better balance and strength which shows in my paddleboarding and mountain bike riding. It just keeps getting better. I'm sure all the instructors are great but here's a shout out to Selena as my instructor.

I trained here with Miara for 6 months. She is excellent. She really tuned into what I needed. I am so grateful to her for teaching me how to do Pilates. I never tried the group classes.
