I'm so glad I found Michael on the Nextdoor app a month ago. After years of not having a trainer, I was looking for someone who could help me build a sustainable routine, and Michael has been exactly what I needed.

Let me say this first, I absolutely hate exercise and training. However, the work that I do demands that I stay relatively fit. I came to Mike 6 years ago for support and guidance, and I can’t imagine training with anyone else now. Mike pushes his clients at the pace that is right for them, and is always quick to adjust to any circumstances that may arise. He’s dependable, knowledgeable, empathetic, but also fun to train with, even if you hate exercising as much as I do. I can’t recommend Mike highly enough for any type of training you might need. 5 enthusiast stars!
