If you are looking to improve your fitness, I highly recommend working with Steve. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional, very considerate, very flexible working with and around injuries, very personable, very knowledgeable. It has been the most refreshing experience to finally have a trainer that is no frills/bells/whistles, no upselling and no nonsense. Steve is upfront and very supportive of the fitness goals you want to achieve and will hold you accountable for your progress or lack of it. Steve has helped me greatly with my nutrition this past year. He's always available for guidance and insight. Helps with things outside of nutrition as well, regarding proper technique, mobility, etc... My kids have also worked with him. He does a great job of shifting the mindset for kids into making it fun and still accomplish the goals of getting stronger, performing better, or gaining more confidence. I'd highly recommend him to any adult or kid looking to improve any aspect of their physical needs.

Steve Paul is not only an exceptional trainer but a kind, funny, and good man as well. He truly cares about his clients and caters your workouts and nutritional coaching to you individually every day/week. He has a vast wealth of knowledge about how the human body works and pulls from that to build workouts that are always varied to keep things interesting and above all, effective. His individual training sessions are a fantastic value for the money and his approach to coaching is highly motivating without him being a drill sergeant like some trainers can be. I would recommend Steve to anyone regardless of if they’re brand new to working out (as I was), a lifelong athlete, or even getting back to the gym after an injury. He’s truly excellent at what he does and his nonjudgmental attitude and great personality makes the gym a place you’ll find yourself missing when you can’t make it.

Steve trains my 9 year old son who loves soccer and is always striving to be a better player. Steve's program teaches my son exercises and proper form to improve his athleticism. He also explains why each exercise is important and what the exercise does for his body. Steve also makes the class fun. My son looks forward to these classes. Steve's ability to make the class enjoyable and instill discipline in my son is very much appreciated.

I have been working with Steve for about 6 weeks now. My objectives were to build muscle, lose fat and strengthen my body to reduce injury, and to provide a platform for living a longer and healthier life. In this short time, I have already seen results. I feel better, look better, and Steve has got me into a rhythm swiftly. Steve's coaching style is direct, focused, with great push and while keeping things light-hearted and fun. I really appreciate how focused Steve is on the correct form of exercises / weight training. I've had trainers in the past who don't seem to care about this much and seem to feel that a form close to is good enough. Not with Steve. He and I work on form until I get it and I love this about his style because this will help me to stay away from injury and see results! Lastly, Steve has been working with me on nutrition and what I am consuming day-to-day which has really helped me to become aware of what I put in my body. I'm a relatively healthy guy and thought I already knew this, however, tracking fats, proteins and carbs has really opened my eyes...and again, helped me to see results. I've already lost fat - and gained muscle. I highly recommend Steve. Go get it!

I came to Steve to try to get stronger without hurting myself (which I had been doing constantly on my own) and he delivered exactly that. Working with him is the longest I’ve gone lifting weights without injuring my back. He’s extremely meticulous and knowledgeable about form and yet delivers it in a very digestible way. He told me his goal is to teach me to eventually lift without his coaching, but honestly, the motivation he provides and the accountability to roll out / stretch / warmup / cooldown and be mindful of how my body is feeling make me never want to stop working with him.

Steve trains my 12 year old son as part of a middle school program he put together. He’s great with all the kids. Steve taught my son fitness basics, weight training, and most importantly how to use weights and machines. It’s a skill that will serve my son well throughout life. Steve has been amazing for the past several months that I’ve been working with him. I’ve always been pretty good at making the time to workout but when I found out I was expecting I decided to look for a trainer and am so happy to have found Steve. His workouts are fun and he really takes the time to make sure I’ve got good form even when I’m not training in person. He makes sure to adjust workouts to make room for an expanding belly though I’m not a huge as I thought I’d be at almost 7 months of pregnancy entirely due to his training. Steve is one of the best at what he does!

Although getting diesel is fun, I’m just as concerned with functional strength and avoiding injury, and he’s done a great job balancing those needs. Our 14 year old and his teammates have been training with Steve to build strength for baseball. At first, we thought our son might be too young for strength training. But we quickly saw that Steve’s main focus is on form and safety. Our son knows that he is not allowed to do any of the exercises on his own if he can’t do them with correct form. Under Steve’s guidance, our son has seen a significant improvement in strength and looks forward to his weekly workout sessions. Steve is fun, encouraging and caring. Right away, our son said Steve is one of the best coaches that he’s ever had. Prior to working with Steve, I was dealing with a multitude of injuries, from shoulders to lower back. Steve’s programming helped not only fix those injuries but I’ve been lifting pain free for the first time in years. I’ve been doing virtual training and he’s made it feel very personal. Steve knows his stuff. When he moved gyms, I moved with him. He's good at customizing your workout to include what you need and what you want. I’ve been working with Steve for over two years now. When we started I was just looking to take better care of myself. He started with me from scratch, worked with me to build up the strength and coordination to take better care of myself and eventually do a 300 lb squat with good form at 39 yrs old. Remote training with him has been equally great, he’s always very thoughtful in his explanations. Would highly recommend working with him for goals you have.
