About the Club

Private Pilates instruction. Sessions are personalized based on individual body alignments, as well as fitness and rehabilitation goals. Expect a full-body workout with the added experience of stretch, posture coaching, and breath work. You’re invited to include foam rolling, mini-reiki, or percussion massage.
Reformer-based Pilates training may also include use of tower, Trigger Point products, resistance bands/core ball, hand weights, gliders and Pilates ring.

Not your average pilates workout...SO much better. Great workout tailored to your specific needs and wants. Stevie has now helped me recover from two hip replacement surgeries over the last 4 years. It's been a journey however Stevie has helped me each step of the way. I appreciate Stevie’s expertise, knowledge and desire in getting me stronger. She is passionate about what she does and her positive attitude is contagious. Investing in your health with like minded people is a blessing!

She is professional, patient, and cares about her clients. The struggle is real, but we laugh, and she is my cheerleader through it all. I just want to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my Pilates experience with Stevie. I’m the type of person that likes to know why I am doing things and want to do them right. Stevie communicates in a manner I best understand to make every movement count. My time is focused and I’ve become much more aware of my movement and how I feel moving while building strength and flexibility. With a hip replacement, she has modified my activity appropriately to build both strength and balance. I’m grateful I had plenty of time with Stevie before my vacation too. I was in much better physical shape to do my High adventures. I was also in tune with my movements to optimize and efficiently access my new strength. Thank you Stevie.

Stevie is a special force when it comes to anatomy and recognizing necessary posture adjustments to improve quality of life. I am an avid climber and although most would considering my outward appearance as healthy, I experience good amount of pain and stiffness associated with the activity. Stevie gave me a postural assessment and immediately found my imbalances that attribute to this pain. After several sessions of mat, reformer, and TRX training, I have already seen improvements in my chest, shoulder and back posture, less pain, and a huge boost in climbing performance.

I have always been a believer that no one knows my body better than myself. Stevie has changed my attitude and my personal well-being has benefited from it. If you are looking to boost physical performance, recover from an injury, or learn healthy physical activity habits, I couldn’t recommend Stevie highly enough.
