I have enjoyed working with Cheryl for about 20 years so far. I am very pleased with my progress in balance, strength and overall well-being. Cheryl has a wonderful sense of humor in addition to her training skills. Pilates is a part of my long term goal to keep fit and healthy. My osteoporosis has improved a lot.
I never hesitate to recommend her to everyone who wants to take good care of themselves. Pilates really does make a difference and Cheryl makes it enjoyable as well.

I am an avid runner and when I fractured my Patella for the second time in two years, I knew I had to start taking better care of my body. I came to Cheryl in a full leg, locked brace and rather than looking at me like I was crazy, she embraced my situation and worked with me. When I finally was able to take my brace off and try my first run, I had a blissful 30 minute run and I owe that entirely to Cheryl. Anyone who can be creative and keep a runner such as myself as strong as she did has my loyalty. I have continued to work with Cheryl and I have been running pain free for years because of her knowledge and ability to create workouts that suit my individual needs. I couldn't recommend a better Pilates instructor.
