Andrew has been great! I’ve only been training with him for about 6 weeks, but I definitely notice a difference in how I feel and move. He is resourceful, innovative and will tailor exercises around physical issues or old injuries. Enthusiastic and fun to work with!

Andrew has been amazing with our three student-athletes! He’s teaching them proper lifting form, nutrition, and recovery — all the things we parents try to say, but let’s be honest, kids definitely hear it better coming from someone like Andrew!
He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always on time, and makes every session personal. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and their goals.
Andrew is fantastic with student-athletes — whether they’re learning foundational skills or training for specific sport goals. He’s also great with busy adults who struggle to fit their own health and fitness into the schedule.

10/10 would recommend. Andrew is hands down the best personal trainer I have worked with. He is genuinely invested in your long-term success and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the human body. Andrew really listens, is a great motivator and you can tell he puts a lot of thought into each session. When it comes to trusting someone with helping you reach your health and fitness goals, you really can’t find a better option than Strength and Positions!

Andrew is an excellent trainer. His depth of knowledge enables him to deliver for his clients, regardless of their age, capability, and goals. I've worked out w/ Andrew at his gyms and now as a personal training client, and what keeps me coming back is the diversity of exercises that are tailored to my personal goals as I get older.
On top of that, he's a genuinely good person and a ton of fun to be around.

I highly recommend trying out a workout with Andrew! Before I started working with Andrew, I felt like everything creaked, I had low strength and flexibility. Now I leave every workout feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what I’ve accomplished.
Andrew is very understanding and I never felt any judgement about where I was at. He wants to help you obtain your goals whatever they are. He demonstrates all the exercises and describes in detail why you're doing them. He'll ask you to make adjustments to help ensure you're getting the most out of the exercise and staying safe.
Thanks to Andrew’s expert guidance, I’ve built strength, and improved flexibility and my form. Couldn't ask for more!

You absolutely must try strength and positions. Andrew is a master of his art. I have been using Andrew/Strength and Positions for 10+ years now and it’s been absolutely life changing.
