About the Club

Strength Fitness provides well thought out programs that combine strengthening, HIIT and Tabata along with supporting long term health goals outside of the studio.This high level training in a small group setting allows for anyone, at any fitness level, to rise to their greatness. At Strength Fitness, we believe that if you push past the discomfort, you will find your unique greatness on the other side. Members will learn to change their outlook on fitness and how much control they have over their own health. Everyone who joins our program is stronger in mind and body.

I have been a client of strength fitness for about 6 weeks now and I have loved every minute of it.
I have been on a self care journey for a year now and this studio has helped me see the real results o have been looking for. I have felt the change, see the change in my physical and mental and it inspires me to keep doing the work. The program is designed to give you the results. Between spin and TRX it’s transformative. They now offer a trx spin power class within the schedule (I can make Saturday class) and it was great! Best of both! Power thru some spin and then a self guided TRX power workout. I leave there feeling strong and accomplished. These ladies and Julia are amazing and I encourage to to try it!

I love Strength Fitness Ramona. I have finally found a regular fitness regime that I have been able to maintain. Even on those days where I really don't feel like it!

I was a little nervous about going to a majority female class, but I was welcomed and encouraged and felt completely at ease.

I do one combined TRX/Spin class and three Spin classes a week. The teachers/trainers are professional, friendly and awesome at motivating us to push through the burn. Classes are fun and I always leave feeling amazing.

Nice clean facility with great TRX and spin equipment and refreshing lavender face cloths at the end.

What I appreciate at Strength Fitness is that everyone has a different journey. Mine is no less different. I found Strength Fitness during a time I felt plateaued and was becoming less motivated. It was in the name that intrigued me and it didn’t look like the typical gym. Class oriented & smaller groups which brought me immense value feeling like I had my own personal trainer. Julia and the instructors are not only physically strong but can get you through the workouts mentally. They don’t give up on you when you feel like you want to. One of the most valuable pieces of being a member of Strength Fitness is the community, hands down. For me, it’s the people and their energy, encouragement and celebration they bring into each class and fun optional challenges. Julia understands how to bring people together. Support was what I was looking for and I found it here at Strength Fitness.

This place is the best! Clean, well appointed, welcoming, professional, family-like, supportive...the list goes on. I stepped way out of my comfort zone by trying this gym and felt so welcomed by the owner, all trainers and the other members. I moved to Ramona in April 2025 and was driving 35 minutes to my old gym but decided to try the 2 week trial at Strength Fitness. I'm soooo glad that I did! Before the trial was over, I was ready to get a membership. I had never tried Spin or TRX and was worried that I might not be able to do them but the trainers are so good about creating modifications if needed and watch form to make sure people don't get injured. I have been able to ease into things at my own pace but with beautiful motivation (not pressure or judgement) to push to the next level. I'm so sad on days that I can't go because I just feel so good while I'm there and for the rest of the day. I am getting stronger after every session and look forward to continuing to push myself to be my very best and healthiest. Thank you, Julia, for creating this fantastic place :)

I’ve been attending TRX strength training classes for a while now, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic! The instructors, Marci, Julia, Hope, Holly and Kiara, are all incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They have a great way of breaking down the exercises, making sure everyone performs them with proper form, and pushing us to reach our personal bests.
Marci brings such a positive energy to each session, ensuring it’s both challenging and fun. Julia’s expertise in technique and her attention to detail has really helped me improve my form and avoid injury. And Kiara is always encouraging, creating a motivating environment that makes you want to give it your all.
The workouts are varied and never get boring, and the results have been noticeable—I'm stronger and feel more confident with every session. If you’re looking for a solid, effective strength training class, these instructors are the best. Highly recommend!

I went to the spin class as invited by Julia the owner and was impressed with the well maintained space and friendly atmosphere. Being a mom of two I was a little nervous to try the class as I do not get to dedicate a lot of time to my health and exercise. Julia made me feel safe and included in the group and offers great plans to work with budgets and schedules to put fitness first. I liked that other women were also so welcoming and supportive! I am now enrolled in the spin class and plan on attending weekly to help my excersize journey a success! I highly recommend giving the spin a try. She also has trx classes and is a wonderful person!

I cannot say enough positive things about Julia and all of the amazing instructors at Strength Fitness! I did a 6 week challenge I had found on Facebook and immediately fell in love with the space.
I will tell you, if you are committed and ready to completely transform your life for the better, take classes here. The instructors truly care about you, know you, and push you to be healthier and happier.
The energy of this studio is "Come as you are and be fully accepted" while balancing beautifully with "Let's kick your butt into gear and transform your body".

Awesome little TRX and spin studio in Ramona. They offer classes almost every day, both morning and evening, which makes it easy to find something that fits your schedule. The studio is nice and clean, the equipment Is new and well maintained, which makes for a great class session. Julia and the other instructors always give great classes that are challenging, but accommodate all fitness levels. I’ve been going since it opened and am loving it.

I cannot recommend Strength Fitness Ramona enough. I have never had a consistent fitness routine (except for various sport practices) and now as a busy working mom of 2 little ones, I didn't I would be able to find the time or energy to pick one up. I started Julia's TRX program last spring and the change was immediate. I joined on a whim the night before the first class session and briefly researched what TRX was. To say I was intimidated is an understatement - I fully expected to make a fool of myself and not be able to do any of the exercises. Having been there long enough, I've noticed this is a common feeling among new comers.
A huge motivator for me was seeing how quickly my body adapted to the exercises. It has completely changed my mentality and self-esteem. I lost some weight, gained soooo much tone and muscle, and have never been so grateful and in love with my body.
I still have a long way to go but it's exciting and fun! The TRX and Spin classes are always challenging and fun. I recommend trying classes with all the instructors because they're all amazing and have their own style.
My favorite things about SFR:
1. It's a very welcoming environment. Everyone starts at different fitness levels. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable. Everyone is ready to help and reassure you: "We've all been there. You've got this!"
2. Julia really listens to her members. If her members are asking for different timeframe and class availability, Julia works quickly to make it happen.
3. There is a wide variety of class times available. Every class (regardless of time) has been great! I'm not a morning person AT ALL but I find myself having a favorite 5am spin class now. (Give it a try!)
4. It's a very efficient workout. I'm very results driven. If I don't see results, I lost motivation. If you commit and give it you're all, you'll see a difference in 2 weeks. Of course everyone is different but I promise, you'll FEEL different even if you don't always see it.

TLDR: Do it. It's amazing.

I started working out at Strength Fitness 2 weeks ago never having done TRX before. It’s been a great experience. I leave every workout feeling like I’ve accomplished a lot. One of the major reasons I started was to improve my energy. I’ve been exhausted for about 6 months relying on caffeine to keep me awake for drives out of Ramona. My energy has improved dramatically! I’m also starting to see a change in how my clothes fit which is great. Looking forward to continued workouts!

Can't say enough great things about Strength Fitness. I've never been able to stay consistent on any movement practice long term because I either lose interest or I lose motivation because I plateau. Whatever Strength Fitness is doing, they need to keep it up because I'm going on strong since January of 2024 and I've never felt better mentally and physically! Absolute game changer. I have always struggled with finding a gym that doesn’t make me feel self conscious, as I try to get stronger and more confident (aging is not for the weak!). Strength Fitness has been such a great place for me with these goals in mind and in a very short time I feel like I’ve gotten stronger, posture has improved, and I have NEVER felt intimidated, out of place or less than. Julia and her great team of teachers, have cultivated such a fabulous space for everyone no matter their age, size, or level of fitness. I had not consistently exercised in years and at 57 years old I had little motivation to start on my own. I decided I needed help and after seeing Strength Fitness advertising their 6 week challenge on FaceBook I contacted Julia. We started my program in October and I have seen amazing results. Her program not only includes physical training but also weekly challenges focusing on health and wellness. I have physical limitations due to old injuries and I am able to modify movements but still keep my workouts challenging. I have had classes with Instructors Marci, Rose, Kris and Julia. I’ve enjoyed and benefited greatly from each instructor.

Today I finished my 6 week challenge. I lost 8.2 pounds and I’m down 2.5% body fat. I’m toning my body, losing weight, I feel stronger and I have more energy throughout the day! Julia has been a huge force in motivating me and her fitness classes are always fun and challenging. Her encouragement is genuine and she makes me feel that I can accomplish my fitness goals. This review is a little long over due but I have to say Strength Fitness has been a life changer! The spin classes are so fun and energetic and is a great way to start your morning or end your day! The trx classes are a great way to challenge and strengthen yourself. The instructors are very motivating and will keep you coming back for more.
