You’ll feel your metabolism ramping up from the first workout. Very powerful exercise in only 30 minutes per week (that’s the maximum your body can effectively recover from). In that 30 minutes you complete about 9 different exercises, very slowly, for only about 1 to 2 minutes each at MAX effort (goal is to get the muscles to failure so you can no longer move the weight). Quite unique and effective. I recommend it

Solid. The machines are great, they know what they're doing and they work 1:1 with you...paying attention + tailoring everything as needed.
You can feel the results and it's super time-efficient (in and out in 30 min) which is great for busy people ;)

Working with Tashi for the last two years with his superslow-inspired method has transformed by physique and my fitness. I’m extremely impressed with Strength Lab Truckee. Tashi is incredibly knowledgeable and caters to your unique needs. The exercise equipment is equally impressive! I’ve received the most effective and enjoyable exercise of my life. After experiencing the strength lab, I can’t imagine training any other way. Tashi's approach has helped me avoid injury, build strength and increase mobility. I love how efficient the workout is - I am in and out in less than 30 minutes, and the effect is obvious for a few days. There's lots of research showing that weight training is important for older people - and as much as I don't want to think of myself in that category, I am a Boomer - and this is a safe way to get that training.

I’ve worked with a handful of personal trainers and and done a bunch of different workout routines and Tashi’s method is hands down the best and most manageable. I’ve been working with him for over a year and while it’s really hard and strenuous, it’s only for 30 ish minutes then I’m done for a few days. It’s also really easy to see myself getting stronger both when working here and outside of it, and it’s pretty numerical which I like.
I’ve also noticed in my day to day life a lot of change for the better. I race cars and one thing I noticed recently is my strength whilst driving. About a year ago I was driving my street car on track with the normal seatbelt and after one session a day my shoulders would be killing me. Recently I got back into a car with a normal seatbelt during a racing program in Germany and drove for hours a day for over a week straight and never noticed any soreness. Quite to the contrary I get even more comfortable in the car because I was able to keep myself in one spot. So thank you to Tashi for all the training and helping me so so much.
