From the moment I joined, I could tell this wasn’t just a regular gym, it’s a true community. The owners genuinely care about their members and it shows in everything they do, from the welcoming space to the range of services they offer.
A special shoutout to Caitlyn she’s not only knowledgeable and motivating, but also incredibly kind and caring. Her bootcamp classes are challenging and fun, and her massage services are a lifesaver after tough workouts!
The gym is open 24/7, which is super convenient, and the view of the mountains while you train is just the cherry on top.
If you’re looking for a gym that uplifts you, supports your goals, and treats you like family, Strength Valley is the place. Truly a blessing in Coalinga!
