Have been getting stretches for about 2 years. It has been incredibly helpful as I do a lot of computer work. Kiersten and her team are great - she has been very particular with the professionals she hires. Their culture is welcoming and positive.

I have for stretches in advance ($600-$700). Have been attending for the last 3 months. It has been confirmed recently that the Carlsbad, Calle Barcelona location has declared bankruptcy. I have attempted to contact the manager who is no longer employed and has offered limited resolution. I also made quite a few attempts to contact Stretch Lab corporate office in CA, left a multitude of messages that have not been returned. I also under the impression that this owner owns SL in Beverly Hills and Studio City. I looking for resolution of either a refund or a credit in a Carlsbad location. Unfortunately, all efforts have met with no response. I am now told that each location is a separate owner and won't honor sessions. BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Love this place! Kirsten and her team of reflexologists are exceptional. Their assisted stretching program has significantly improved my quality of life--much better mobility and no more back spasms! Allie, Caesar, Eric, Jess, and Tim are all very personable, professional, and proficient--they know what they're doing and how to take care of you. I am grateful to the whole team!

fact ::: I have been in chronic pain for a very long time - too long. : I have tried everything to get better - the list is endless ::

Nothing was helping : & that is a really sad & lonely feeling for one's soul.

The stretch lab in Carlsbad Ca helped me tremendously. I went from almost giving up golf to playing 18 holes without pain. Even the simple things in life like picking up things to climbing into bleachers are now easier. I am 74 and am more flexible now than the last 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe everyone would benefit from their skills. If there was a 6star rating I would give them a 6.

Really impressed by the knowledge and care provided by the great team, especially Eric. The assisted stretch is much more customized and specific than what I expected. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for improving flexibility, recovering from an injury or just want to reduce pain.
