About the Club

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Granada Hills offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Have had a membership here for a good 7 months, stretch staff was great. The problem is trying to cancel a membership is a headache, and ridiculous customer service. Requested to cancel since October, was told it would be taken care of only to be billed for November and then told I will be billed December because there is no management available to cancel membership! Told I would be contacted by owner, that was 2 weeks ago and still no contact. Honestly don’t know how a business can be so distrustful to the people they do business with!

I had a very good experience at the StretchLab in Granada Hills. Easy booking and payment process. They offer various packages, as well as non-member prices ($60 for 25 min and $115 for 50 min), and their intro 50-minute session is $59. The community room was clean with several tables. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. My flexologist was very nice, good energy, and strong. I definitely felt more limber after the treatment. A great concept! Highly recommend!

Not well run since manager left. Way too little staff. You will never be able to book appointments. Entire staff tyrned over in a year. Oscar the owner will not return calls once you cancel. Stay away. I went for over two years spent thousands of dollars and this is how the owner treats you.

I’ve been coming to stretchlab for about 2 months now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I initially went in with two goals for the year: 1. To lean up, to be able to run more often and longer distances. So I came here because I needed help with my hip flexors and hamstrings (in 9 weeks I’ve lost about 17 lbs with daily exercise and proper diet of course) 2. I’ve had daily ongoing sciatic nerve pain for the past 3 years. I tried acupuncture/cupping/massage, nothing worked! And two weeks ago that pain finally resolved! Cyrus is THE best, but I’m certain everyone there is wonderful too! He’s really helped me become more aware of how the little things such as the way I sit at work affect how my hip flexors are feeling or how my TMJ is adding to extra tension in my neck and shoulders.

I’ve been coming to Stretchlab for over a year now. Best decision I ever made! My body feels better, my posture has gotten better and my overall mindset is better. Everyone is wonderful! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease a year ago. Due to the stiffness caused by Parkinson’s my body is in so much pain daily. So as part of my treatment the neurologist and physical therapist told me I had to exercise and stretch daily. After trying to stretch on my own for awhile I was not finding any relief. One day my niece's husband asked me if he can stretch me to relieve the pain and that's when I fell in love with being stretched: Being stretched felt 10xs better and more relaxed than a massage.

After weeks of searching I was blessed to find Granada Hill Stretchlab. Everyone there is so welcoming, understanding, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated to meet the mobility needs of everyone. So from the bottom of my heart I want to thank everyone at Granada Hills Stretchlab, especially my flexologists Carson. It is because of each one of their passion and commitment that I'm able to sleep and exercise with less pain and more mobility.

After coming here for the last few months, my body is feeling less tense and more flexible. Stretching has helped my mental health too and allowed me to relax more than stress. I have worked with many of the Flexologist that assist with the stretching the last few months. Stretch Lab is life changing. I’ve been attending 50 minute stretches once a week for the past 1 1/2 years primarily with Clarisse. When I first joined Stretch Lab I had terrible knots in my back from stress and desk work. I also had debilitating lower back and abdominal pain from anxiety/stress. For my first session, Clarisse did a full assessment of my situation (life style, goals, aches/pains, old/current injuries, etc.) followed by a full body scan to see where my problem areas were. I thought Stretch Lab may help me with pain, but I received so much more. Each session, you learn more about your unique body which increases your overall mind body connection. I have walked in with headaches, back pain, muscle soreness from exercise & even numbness in my legs. Each time, I walked out truly feeling healed. As a mental health professional I can say the benefits you receive from understanding your own psychosomatic experience is unmatched. Give Stretch Lab a try, stay consistent with sessions and you will absolutely see a change in your body and in your life.

If you are not 100% physically then Streach Lab is for you. I was super tight in my lower back and hips which was a constant struggle. All I can say is I highly recommend giving StretchLab a try. The reception staff is friendly and caring. I have Kate 3 times for my assisted stretch and everytime I have left feeling better than when I walked in. It is an amazing way to become mindful of your body stresses and has helped me be mindful of my posture.
If you're not familiar with assisted stretching, here is a brief description. You lay on a big, wide, comfy table. Your therapist does a stretch of a body part. When the stretch reaches the point you can feel the stretch but are still comfortable, the therapist holds the stretch while you give a slight resistance and then as you exhale, the therapist pushes the stretch just a little further.
They offer a 25 minute stretch or a 50 minute stretch. IMO, the 25 minute stretch is good for a specific area like upper body or lower body. If you have hip and leg issues, like I do, the 50 minute is amazing because you will realize how much your shoulders are affected by lower back issues.
They do offer memberahips that are an exceptional value if you commit to being regular about your visits. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't allow that yet. I do my best to try and make it in once a week. They offer an introductory special for a 50 minute stretch for $49.
And parents, they see young athletes too. Teaching and reinforcing good stretching habits to young ones can help teach them about caring for their bodies and avoid injuries that can sideline them.
