After being on crutches for 8 weeks I was looking for some opening in my hips. Gigi seemed to intuitively know exactly what I needed. She was amazing and I left there feeling open and lighter. Thank you Gigi!!

This place is amazing for anyone looking to stretch out those kinks and knots that come from everyday life - or for just trying to relive your flexibility glory days from High School. I cannot express enough how much better I feel after these sessions. Its way better than a massage in my opinion. Your entire body feels like it can do a marathon afterward.
About the place - scheduling is easy and everyone is awesome. If you are doing a one-on-one sesh, you get your very own "Flexologist" - a borderline master of the mystic arts. Or in earthly terms these folks are amazing stretch gurus.
At my personal stretch sessions, I asked that they emphasize my neck and chest while giving my whole body the VIP treatment. They guide you through stretches but without the risk of you accidentally turning into a human pretzel. Every session felt like a mini-vacation for my muscles. I walked out feeling as light as a feather, and as loose as a noodle—perfectly al dente.
In all seriousness I came to StretchLab because I have a work-related disability that limits the range I can move. I gave them a shot because I was exhausted living my life on the couch wishing there was something I could do to get my upright and moving again. Plus, I was in tremendous pain and felt that possibly some help stretching could turn things around. Once I started StretchLab I couldn't stop thinking about how much I wished that I had been going for years. It became clear to me that stretching on my own was never going to be enough to meet my recovery goals. I don't think stretching on your own will ever be enough for even the average pain-free person. So, I started going weekly and found tremendous improvement in my overall mobility and my health. I have studied health and physical fitness for decades and yet the Flexologists still taught me so much. I cannot tell you how thankful and appreciative I am for how much they have helped me. Maybe even one day I will be able to do the splits again (hey, a person can dream!).
If you want to feel like a superhero without the spandex (or go ahead and wear spandex - it's your world we're just living in it), then I highly recommend StretchLab. They really are the best!

Great session today with Robert at Montecito Stretchlab. At 74, I have some arthritis and general stiffness. After treatment, my legs, hips and shoulders can move with almost no discomfort or pain. I’m signing up for more sessions.

I have not been here in a long time. The first and the last time was before Covid. I remember it was a cross between physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage. The reps move your body that is stretched out on tables that are similar to Chiropractic/Massage tables. One can feel all kinds of things and I felt really good when we left. It was a "try out" in their parking lot. It was some kind of open house. I would have really loved to be able to afford a "membership" but it was out of my budget. Each treatment can run between $65- $105 each time. They did a hard sell and kind of wiped out most of the good feels as we left. It's not that I don't feel I'm worth it (I am), and it's not that I didn't want to go back, it's that it's too pricey. One rep followed us to our car saying we could put future visits on a credit card and it would be "like it was free".
It's not.
Parking is free.
The club itself was clean and well-maintained.
It's located in the Vons Shopping Center in Montecito.
It's close to Starbucks, Bettina's, and other shopping delights.
If you have a disposable income, go for it! It feels good.

Was visiting my Dad in Santa Barbara and came here. Walked out feeling amazing. Hips and shoulders feeling better than they ever have in 15 years! Loved it so much, went back and got my Dad who is 81 for his first stretch and getting him started on an assisted stretching program. Highly recommended by Chad from the Ozarks, Missouri.

Came in with lower back pain I'd had for a month. I walked out like a new person after a 50-minute stretch with Emily. This place is the real deal.

I paid a visit to this StretchLab in Montecito to give it a whirl, and wow, I can now twist and turn like never before! After filling out a consent/waiver, my therapist of “flexologist” Adrien brought me to a neat full body scanning machine that analyzed my Mobility, Activation, Posture, and Symmetry. He then spent about an hour stretching me. We communicated with a ‘safe word’ to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I consistently have a tight neck/shoulders and back, however, left the StretchLab feeling much looser and at ease. Awesome place for body wellness!

The force is on the stretch!!
Finding this place was a miracle when some not explainable sores appear and need help for them to get better. Several kinesiology people that are well train make me step in front of a technology device that read your needs and the kinesiology personal let me know what can be the best for it. All the team are very attentive and taking the time to explain all the questions anyone may have as well the front desk work and synchronicity so anyone can get best care.!
Thank you 😊

Great place! Clean, efficient, good scheduling and reminders, nice selection of Lulu clothing too. They are careful in stretching and seem to know what muscles are which and how to stretch exactly the right ones to just the extent needed but not too far. Christy is consistently thorough, knowledgeable, effective, friendly, playful, and personal.

Fantastic Experience! I hate stretching but StretchLab makes it easy with PNF stretching and experienced staff. I’ve seen too many guys my age get injured due to muscle weakness and inflexibly so stretching makes sense to me. A++ staff and facility. Cost can be a factor but staying flexible is worth it to me
