I’ve been dealing with hip pain for some time, and my doctor recommended stretching. After only two sessions with Matt, I've noticed a difference and appreciate him listening and tailoring the stretches to help me. If you have flexibility and/or range of motion goals, definitely recommend checking this place out.

I have been here for a member from December 2 2022 at the napa location all the flexologist are 10/10. I can now drive for longer distance and not have back pain. Mat and umair have always done a great job.the costumer service from Erica was very helpful.

I loved my experience at StretchLab! All of the flexologists are trained to help you meet all of your flexibility goals. Definitely recommend checking it out if you experience any chronic pain or would like to improve your overall range of motion.

The studio is so nice, clean, and staff members are very kind and talented. I have been seeing Nick who knows how to stretch my body, following my needs and preferences. I practice yoga and I work out often so sometimes I have pain in certain body areas, and the stretches really help me to feel better after every visit. I also appreciate all the recommended stretches they provide for the week.

I also had sessions with Juliet who gave me great suggestions on breathing and focusing on certain body parts, very helpful.

I can’t emphasize on the benefits of this place enough. I came in with sciatica pain and they explained me the program very well on how its a 3 month commitment and after that its a monthly membership. Initially I was a little skeptical because I know sometimes it’s difficult to get put of such memberships but they reassured me that as long as I email them that I need to cancel with my 30-day notice, I wont be charged again. I thought I will give it a try. I stayed consistent for 3 months and my leg and back pain was gone and I had range of motion like never before. I tried all the therapists there and all of them were great. Nothing had given me relief like this and I thought I was ready to be on my own. I emailed them to cancel my account after 3 months they offered me to freeze instead for free but I insisted to cancel and I had no problem with that. Now I am a returning customer and I don't think I’ll ever stop stretching. Thank you for this place Stretchlab.

I would strongly advise against using StretchLab or committing to their contractual agreements. Despite paying $259 for a 4 stretch package, my experience was marred by frequent scheduling conflicts and significant communication breakdowns. Despite assurances from the initial sales associate regarding the possibility of a refund, I was informed that reimbursement was not an option when I sought to address the numerous issues encountered. The sales associate essentially lied saying I could get a refund anytime just for me to sign the contract. Following my escalation of the matter to my credit card company, StretchLab declined to issue a refund and subsequently withheld the four stretches included in my package, stipulating additional payments or continued contract engagement as prerequisites for their provision. Consequently, I find myself having disbursed $259 without receiving any corresponding services or benefits. I have taken measures to report this unsatisfactory experience to the Better Business Bureau and intend to share my feedback to make this company be held accountable for predatory business practices.

Same experience as others. They never answer the phone and once you’ve signed up they keep charging your card despite knowing you’ve disputed the charge and they’ve previously credited. The therapists are nice, not their fault.

I have never in my life had so much difficulty booking a first time appointment. My friend and I usually do a girl's day in April. I am planning everything as a surprise for her. I called last week and they continued to put me on hold or say they will call me back. I then called today and tried to follow up by booking two PAID time slots for my friend and I. First off, all their calls are outsourced so there's a language barrier. The guy had to hang up and call me back after speaking to his manager. Then when he called me back he asked me for ALL my personal information, and then tells me he can't book two time slots at the same time for two different people. I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes and I feel like I wasted my time. Stretch Lab, please do better with your customer service. As a new customer I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to book two appointments. And please make sure that your customer service reps speak clear English because that was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I will not be spending my money here.

We love Stretchlab Napa. Everyone is amazing! Matt, Trent, and Sakshi offer an amazingly high level of customer service.
All the staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. We always feel amazing after our stretch. Our workouts have improved and our wellness seems to be moving to another level. Highly recommend Stretchlab Napa.
