I was suffering from some back pain and my shoulder was beginning to get stiff from an injury that I received from a car accident I had been in. …. Do not come to this stretch lab in Rancho Cucamonga….
My story starts on Mother’s Day the 11th 2025. I waited approximately two weeks for my appointment for me and my wife. My wife was able to have her full 50 minute stretch experience, but I was left not receiving mine. A Flexologists by the name of Shallamar P. Was there when me and my wife walked in ,shortly after we checked in Shallamar walked out the store and did not return for approximately 25 minutes. I asked the receptionist if that he was person that was supposed to commence my appointment and she said yes, and she does not know why he walked out and hasn’t returned. When he did finally return, the receptionist asked if he would give me a 20 minute stretch for free, as I have been waiting for home to return , which he replied no.. I was forced to reschedule for the following day Monday the 12th to have an appointment with a person named Tim. I arrive on the 12th and was told by a different receptionist that Tim was not going to make it this morning and I will have to reschedule again. This is very poor business practices and very unprofessional for the local community. They did offer to give me a free 50minute session. But I cannot trust that they would keep their word and the appointment because after all this back-and-forth taking time out of my busy schedule, I do not think is worth it and will seek out another company. This is very disappointing as I was looking extremely forward to attending stretch lab. I think this branch needs a complete overhaul of their scheduling and management.

I have enjoyed most of my sessions. My first few sessions with staff were the best. I wouldn't recommend to get a gift certificate. Unfortunately, the gift certificates expire after 30 days and are non-transferable, which is a bummer. I purchased a certificate for a stressed and hard-working individual who works in the medical field. As a member, i was allowed to use it for an extra session. I asked to speak with the owner, but not a chance. I was never able to dispute the certificate with the owner.
