I think it’s great. I weight train 4 days a week and I’m terrible at stretching on my own. I also have a desk job that calls for long hours of sitting. Now that I come here regularly I feel so much better and my workouts are better too. Vincent and Conrad are both very nice and professional. They ask great questions to assess the areas they need to focus on and ensure that the stretches being done are beneficial to me. I can schedule my appointments very easily on the stretch lab app, and cancel if need be 12 hours prior to my appointment.

They worked with me a few times to reschedule me because of a few business trips. Finally made it, stopped my work out short and drove from Corona the day of and they jacked up my appt time. They had one job to do. I won’t be back here. Go to OC better where customer service is still a thing.

This place is actually a joke! I have been to multiple StretchLab locations and never once have. I been told that I need to pay an enrollment fee so I’m assuming the owner of the business is just greedy and wants extra money in his pocket. I walk in and there’s employees laying down everywhere. It doesn’t seem like anybody there wants to be there or cares to be there. It was like pulling teeth with the front desk person to try to talk to them about my appointment and potentially scheduling another one. I was very turned off by the enrollment fee since I had been in other Facilities before after my appointment, I went in my car and I noticed that there was another stretching place down the road called Stretch X. I made an appointment there. The prices were far more reasonable, and the stretch was even a little bit better than the one I received at StretchLab I would definitely recommend checking out Stretch X over this place

I had a session with Maddie after some soreness and tension on my right hip/lower back due to running. After just one session, my pain is completely gone! Will continue to go to help prevent further pain

I would not go here due to their customer service. First of all I had seen an add about them through probably my algorithm and so I was curious and asked the amount but then said I wasn’t going to come as my budget didn’t allow but I would consider in the future. For some this is just like a massage or getting your nails done…not necessary but ok why not. Then they hounded me by calling all to time to schedule so finally on my vacation I said what the heck let’s go…so I did and the stretching was nice and how they analyzed from the beginning was nice but then afterwards yes they act like “you” want to be there and then in order to come again then “you” need to sign up for a membership? That isn’t needed but it’s so they can guarantee income for themselves not actually do what fits the customers needs or budget. This is not a doctors office and nor are they doctors or physical therapists. Well fast forward to today I had an appointment at 9:00am and was running being due to personal reason and on my way I called them to tell them that. No one answered and so I left a message. Then they called me back and hadn’t even listened to the message so they were clueless as to why I called. I said did you listen to my message. She said “no let me listen to it now”. I said you won’t need to now because you have me on the phone and told her I would be late. Then when I got there they ask “who are you?” Mind you no one is in there but one hostess lady and one guy who does the stretching and one other person that was not on the table to get stretched. To make a long story short they said well your appointment was at 9:00 so are you fine with just 15 minutes more? I said no since I paid for an hour and they said no you paid for 25 minutes (they had charged my card before the session and when you book it which should not be the case but that’s what they did) then the hostess scheduler lady says well let me see what I can do (as if they are so busy yada yada yada and so sought after that there was a line outside the door) and she said well I could credit you and maybe reschedule but if you could tell us about 12 hours earlier then we would appreciate that. I respond well if we live in a utopian world where life and circumstances never happened then yeah ideally people would tell you before but I did call because something came up today and you should understand that sometimes this happens (so very patronizing) and then she looked at me like she was shocked and I am like well make this makes sense. First off you guys bugged me to even come here then tried to rope me into a membership but I did not but booked one more session to get the lower half of my body done and now you are treating me this way as if it’s so hard to get an appointment. I told her you know life happens to people and you should have said something on the phone…I was actually doing you guys a favor to support your business and you turn around with this uppety arrogant soft spoken attitude and disrespect me?! Yeah NO…I told them I will NOT be back and this is not how you do business. And I bet the two young workers there are still confused?! What’s wrong with this new clueless generation! Disrespect and no logic or common sense it’s distasteful and disgusting actually all under the guise of being this top sought out place. No STRETCH LAB you can not nor should you treat your customers this way. Absolutely the worst customer supervise ever and these people lack intelligence and introspection it’s almost as if they are robots and can’t figure out human nature. Figure it out or your business will fail…and no one needs a membership. Trying to hook people and that will quickly drive them away! Bad business for real!

This place is unassuming. However, online, you can book first-time customer appointments in 25 - to 50-minute increments. And purchase packages that suit your needs. One on one. Full digital screening before stretching. Conor was professional, thorough, and excellent. Informative receptionist as well.

I’ve had positive experiences at different locations in the Bay Area (pre-Covid). Their updated subscription policy is a scam and I noticed they don’t fully disclose a 3 month minimum subscription. I recommend combing through the fine print.

I talked to American Express and they mentioned they use “scare tactics” and have “unethical behavior”. I agree. Not sure if this is true for all locations but I would stay away from Redlands.

Do not go here. I signed my 72 year old mother up for an introductory session and when she was done they pressured her to sign a membership even though she said she wasn’t ready and then when she got home she found that they had had her sign paperwork for a membership without disclosing what she was signing and they had charged her card. Do not trust these people.

Stretch Lab and its affiliate Club Pilates offer state-of-the-art facilities and staff that aid in different types of stretching and body work. Their complementary services aid in overall health and, in particular, flexibility that other stretching regimens like yoga cannot provide.

Stretch Lab is a real life-saver since, unlike instructor-led classes that are targeted for the needs of a group, you can direct the person handling you that day to key in on certain problematic areas for you. In this way, and especially when using Stretch Lab in conjunction Club Pilates, customers can take advantage of the full panoply of benefits from both operations.

Don't forget the knowledgeable and cordial staff! Everyone puts on a nice smile while helping out even on the most mundane of tasks like scheduling appointments. Customers can contact Stretch Lab with any questions they have through a number of means, one of which is via very convenient text messaging that save time and hassle when contacting Stretch Lab. Of course, there's also a newer-school app for those electronically inclined to use such means in handling scheduling and other issues.

If you're sore and tight, why not try Stretch Lab? And, it wouldn't hurt to take a test drive at Club Pilates. You'll feel physically better and more mentally acute to a point where you'll see a real change in your qualify of life!
