They require you to pay when you make the appointment over the phone way before they render the services.trap. and they don't tell you over the phone that you're going to need grip socks so when you get there they will sell you a pair for 20 bucks..dishonest. Then they also don't tell you that you will pay $100 For every visit after the first one.. terrible place. Too expensive and I can stretch on my own..

This place is great! Cosmo at the front desk has been great with scheduling and answering any questions I have.
Lindsey is my flexologist and is wonderful!
I wish I could do it more often, but gets quite expensive, lol!

I found StretchLab through my Medicare Supplemental insurance and I love it! The fact that my insurance covers it means it's great for people who are slowly aging, which is literary everyone. I'm on the lower end of "old" and I'm hoping that by stretching and keeping active I will be healthier as I grow older.
StretchLab is almost like a massage, they bend you and shape you any way you want or need, and if you have soreness, they will help you more with their massage gun.
Their app makes it easy to manage the scheduling.
Try it -you'll like it !

For a guy like me, this place works very well! I'm very active playing golf, pickle ball, and tennis. Plus, I'm on my feet all day usually at work. While I've never been a flexible person as I get older I feel rebounding from activity is tougher and tougher. You'd think I'd stretch more at home on my personal time. I don't! StretchLab forces me to set time aside each week to stretch it out and I feel 100% going into activities. It makes a big difference. I love the technicians, Colton, Wesley, and Katie!

For years I have felt very stiff. I have tried many different methods to improve my mobility. After a recommendation from my CMT, I started at Stretch has made a huge difference. The owners of the StretchLab at Twelve Bridge , Anna and Brian, have created a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable. So far I have worked with Karen, Alyssa, Alexandria, Jeremy and I believe his name is John. They have all been great. I would also like to recognize the receptionist staff , Brooke and another young woman who have both helped me. Everyone at this location seem to have great attitudes. Looking forward to many years of feeling as good as I possibly can.

When I started stretchlab 2 years ago I could barely walk without pain. I can now do 5 miles with little to no pain. It's been a life saver.

I love everyone at the Roseville Strechlab; they are wonderful people. I've been going there for months; I've used every morning trainer on the team, they are well-trained, and each reviewed my case before I was stretched.

I love this place, I really do feel a ton better since stretching with Chandler...I recently went to Europe and walked 55 miles in ten days, I am convinced the weeks I stretched leading up to that helped.

Regular stretching at StretchLab has really helped my back, neck and knees. I am improving on my range of motion as well as reduced stiffness and pain. All of the flexologists I have used are amazing, each with their own different style to give me maximum results. Shout to Alyssa, Dan, Wesley, Colton and Karine!

I visited StretchLab last week for my first time. The staff was friendly, and my Flexologist, Colton, was knowledgeable and great at his job. I’d highly recommend him, I’ll be back regularly.

Preliminary review. Will update in 3 months. I have sciatica and lower back pain. Coming here allows a stretch technician to push on my joints and muscles that goes beyond what I am able to do alone. I was on a bench similar to the one at Physical therapy and did my 15 minute free intro class. I signed up for the 25 minute 4 times a month package that as of this writing was 180 a month. Worth it if the pain goes away. We will see how it progresses. There is a 30 day waiting notice and classes are picked in the app on the smart phone.
