About the Club

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Willow Glen offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I highly recommend StretchLab for improving your self-care and quality of life.

I have worked with Maya, Ariana, Karina and Kiana. They are all highly skilled and professional. Each therapist has a unique style and approach, but have felt equally effective.

There seems to be a wide range of availability to fit different people's schedules. The place is clean and has a fun vibe to it.

As a healthcare provider, it is clear that combining the stretch therapy with other forms of care, such as PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, etc. would be an optimal and synergistic.

You will leave feeling lighter, looser and with more body awareness.

I have been a consistent member at Stretchlab, Willow Glen for more than two years now, and have benefited tremendously from this program. So far I have worked with several flexologist (all of them are very knowledgeable and skillful.). However, my current flexologist, Neda, is outstanding! She has helped me so much, that finally I feel completely pain free! It has been a complete transformation of lifestyle. I have finally started walking without a limp, also go up& down the stairs without dragging my feet in pain! My body does not feel tight or achy anymore. I would definitely give her a 10 stars out of five, and strongly encourage others to join the program! Go Stretchlab!
*Wish it could be included as a wellness program for everyone who needs it, and have support through insurance or Medical.

I decided to cancel my membership due to various reasons, and that's where my problems began. Despite communicating to them that I wanted to cancel my membership and being acknowledged it would be, I found myself charged again the next month.

When I contacted them, I was told I wasn't within the 30-day cancellation window but that was never communicated when I put in my request. It was almost like they wanted 1 more charge without me being able to get a refund.

The whole experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I was told I could still use those credits but don't really have any desire to. I urge anyone considering their membership services to think twice and proceed with caution .

What a cool concept! Stretching is a key part of my fitness regimen. I decided to see what the pros could do for me. I got a good stretch session, and learned a few things in the process. I thought it was a bit heavy handed on selling ongoing services, but worth it for me.

I was happy to find this one near my home. The first StretchLab I ever saw was the Evergreen branch and I was instantly curious. My initial appointment with Anna, who talked me through the process and guided me gently with her calm, soothing voice, convinced me to sign up for a monthly membership. Assisted stretching is like if physical therapy and massage had a baby. My goal is to reach my toes without bending my knees then hopefully, I will be flexible enough to do some yoga poses properly in the future. Stretching, they say, is vital to maintaining muscle health. It is not cheap so I am lucky they accept a debit card (HSA) connected to our healthcare plan. I am looking forward to more sessions!

I had such a great experience. Yesterday was my first time there and Jared was my coach, he was awesome and super smart, I felt super comfortable right away. The stretches were awesome and I felt so much better after one session.and I look forward to going back next week. I workout a lot and I don’t stretch enough so this is perfect for me.
From the conversation on the phone with Rachel who was super awesome and the girl at the front that greeted me when I walked in was incredibly awesome as well.

First Impression: Friendly staff and perfect location (dangerous how it is LITERALLY adjacent to the Willow Glen Creamery)
I have hip bursitis and nerve issues all down my hamstring which results in grinding of my hip bones that then radiates pain all the way down to my toes whenever stretching on my own. However, my trainerJared helped me through the facilitated stretching and after my session I was like "holy sh*t this is what I need".
