that I really enjoy StretchLab. It's been fantastic to help me stay limber and younger. It's so important and I just had Mike G and he was amazing and I feel like a new man. Everybody should do this.

Just finishing my third month and have received great care and attention from Riley and Phoebe. Mondays are my recovery day from an active weekend and also prepares me for a busy week ahead. Going to Stretch Lab is more valuable than a massage or going to see a chiropractor. I have recommended SL to family and friends and they have thanked me for it. As F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in The Great Gatsby: “tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther.” SL gives me hope for the future and enables me to aspire for a healthy quality of life.

I love Ingrid. She is a wonderful flex apologist I’ve been going for over six years and Cheyenne is super helpful and friendly at the front desk. Could not recommend Stretch lab Solana Beach enough. I can walk weekly because I go here once a week.!!!

Really nice people there, and great water!! I would recommend this stretch lab. I don’t love that they’re a franchise and that they have to compete with other stretch labs in San Diego. But I like this one best because the staff and the clothing selection is the best.

Stretch Lab has been a lifesaver over the past three years while living in San Diego. Anytime I experienced a tweak or strain, I knew I could count on Michael to have me feeling brand new the very next day. His expertise and attention to detail have truly been game changers for my mobility and flexibility. My standing weekly appointments with him have become an essential part of my routine, and I’ve seen tremendous improvement. I can't recommend Michael enough—he’s the best!

Adding visits to Stretch Lab Solana Beach has been such a positive experience in my overall flexibility. The management (like Brittany) and other Flexologists who may not work directly with you are friendly and welcoming/ remember you week after week.

I’ve been working with Flexologist, Victoria, for the past 4 months and seen a big improvement in my flexibility. She is amazing and very knowledgeable! As another reviewer said, her background as an experienced yoga instructor is reflected in the stretches and guidance/ tips she gives. Definitely recommend Victoria, if you have any hesitations. She put me at ease right away and I look forward to our sessions each week!

I have been with Stretch Lab Solana Beach for about 5 months and it has been a great experience. The sessions, mixed with the extra motivation to stretch at home, have definitely improved my overall flexibility and ability to partake in my current physical activities without discomfort or injury. In particular, Victoria is an outstanding Flexologist. As an experienced Yoga instructor, she is able to combine site-specific stretches with the right level of resistant balanced with appropriate breathing technique to achieve truly perfect flex sessions. I always leave feeling refreshed and motivated. She has my highest recommendation.

The team at the Stretch Lab Del Mar and Solana Beach are awesome. Very friendly, informative, and great flexologists. The atmosphere is great with the dark walls and ceiling, vey mood setting. I like that it’s never the exact same stretch and that the flexologists take and review notes of the client. It was especially nice of Jason to reach out and see if I was had any availability to come in for a stretch. It was also great of Brittany to book me out for three weeks. All around, Greta job to the team and management and ownership in creating and instilling the values.
Thank you, stretch on.

I got stretched here once during my vacation in Solano, good price for initial first visit only, but the membership base model ends up not being of value for occasional visitors. But I must say the stretch was very nice indeed they use a Technique that I'd never heard of before and it seemed to do my body real good.

Services, great. Ethics, not so much. Policies for canceling a membership are quite deceiving and met with pressure and loop hole policies to continue to take your money. The passive aggressive manager thought he was doing me a favor by saying "we want to avoid having to call collections". I simply feel bamboozled and taken advantage of.

For more background see email I sent, my hope is to protect current and future customers:

Following up from yesterday's call on April 12 with your shady manager which after the fact left me feeling taken advantage of, bewildered by a bait and switch tactic and left me paying for services that I do not want.
Please see this entire thread starting from Oct. 5, 2021 note this was my 30 day notice of cancellation, followed by a confirmation email on Oct 6 stating "Your final billing date will be 10/28/21, and your final use date will be 11/28/21 " continuing to Feb 6 once again confirming my cancellation to Feb 7. I have spent SIX MONTHS trying to cancel - and today I see through your app that you have taken my new CC once again put on file for charges and received a Welcome email- the very opposite of what I want as a former customer who paid every single required bill on time. In addition your manager had the audacity to by a passive agressive threat to call collections if I didn't pay for another month(s) of services that I did not want.
I will be stopping payment from my CC card company with emails texts and phone calls proving my case further more I have started a complaint with BBB and have taken the time to write reviews on multiple platforms (I have read other reviews from BBB and social platforms I am not the only one to be victimized which further proves my point) exposing your unethical ways of business practice in order to protect current and future customers.

Please stop harassing me with your poor customer service and money grabbing. If you care to do the right thing please cancel my payment from yesterday trick-tactic, take my CC and name out of your system and never contact me again.

StretchLab has been fantastic in enabling me to achieve my fitness goals! Not only do I leave each stretch feeling relaxed and refreshed, but the staff are all super knowledgeable and have taught me numerous stretches to do on my own. I feel much more in-tune with my body! Everyone is very kind and I never worry about trying a new flexologist! It would be difficult to find a business that's as passionate about its mission and clientele as StretchLab! I am a lifelong customer!

Love Stretch Lab! Angie, the owner, is so passionate about her business and is such an amazing addition to the community of Solana Beach. She never hesitated to help someone out and prioritizes health, safety, and great customer service. Dan, the manager, is very accommodating and super sweet. 10/10!

Buyer beware: I visited the Solana Beach Stretch Lab studio for an introductory session. During the course of the session, while my personal “flexologist” was stretching my right leg, I heard a pop in my knee and screamed (as did the “flexologist”). I left the studio in pain and unable to walk. After icing my knee for a bit ended up in the Emergency Room because I couldn’t put any pressure on my leg. After 8 hours in the ER and a series of x-rays, I left with a knee immobilizer and instructions to see an orthopedic. I now LIVE with knee pain and my knee was 100% fine before walking into this place. Do not do this…. they are not trained professionals and you could end up like me – in daily pain because of your experience there.

I come down for the races every year, going to the StretchLab since they opened. Very clean, very professional. Had a great experience with Crystal, Desiree, Gwen, Savannah and Dan, the manager. Now I know why they opened their second location in Del Mar. I highly recommend getting stretched regularly here, your body will thank you!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read the other reviews I am not the only client who has been poorly treated and miscommunicated with. I am very surprised that the owner, Angie Cohen, would be ok with putting someone like Dan Vyse in charge of her studios. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional, to the point that you can’t believe your ears! Imagine a business who’s sole purpose is to help you feel better but in all actuality is more interested in taking your money and then in return would blatantly disrespect you and act like it is all ok! Beware Dan gets defensive, and quick to do so I might add, when you call them out on the improper use of your credit card on file. They require you to place your card on file in the event you don’t abide by their policies, of which I was very conscientious of, but unfairly they also will use your card to charge sessions without your permission….and well before you even use the service…aka take your money and sit on it for weeks at a time before you even utilize the stretch service, doesn’t seem fair, particularly because that is NOT how it was explained when first signing up for stretch services. Very unethical. I would caution everyone to be very clear about their policies…otherwise they will charge with reckless abandon on your credit card!! Not exaggerating! It happened to me twice in one month, I even asked them to make a note on my account to not charge my card until day of service, which I was told was not a problem. I’m the perfect client I was paying the “rack rate” for each stretch no discounted membership, pretty invaluable you’d think! Only to be disrespected when you call them out on the misuse of your credit card. Very strange way to do business, unethical and a huge let down, but I suppose Angie is on board with it, because she has kept Dan around for a long time managing her studios. Only my personal opinion here but seems interesting each time this happened it was the end of the month, makes you wonder…..hmmm…trying to make a sales number? Good Luck with everything guys, I will definitely let everyone know that you all are a class act!

Much more effective at relieving back pain/knots than a deep tissue massage. I always leave feeling very relaxed and loosened up. It also helps tremendously with my golf game. Great staff too!

I can't say enough great stuff about Angie and her team. When we were in Covid-19 lockdown, they were kind enough to deliver a stretching strap so we could get started using Zoom virtual classes. After that, the studio opened up last week and the sessions have been extremely productive and helpful to my health. As a big tennis fan, I have been dealing with a case of plantar factitious, and have made great strides regarding recovery thanks to the team at StretchLab.

I’m 37 now. Not 25. I need this. And they are very professional and no doubt contribute to overall health, total body wellness and longevity. Anyone who doesn’t benefit from this doesn’t have their expectations properly managed about the offering and intent.

This was a difficult one to rate and perfect example of how one unreasonable team member can alter an entire experience. I was a member for three or four months and loved the Flexologists. I tried many different people and Sam became my fav. The front office staff was always so friendly and welcoming.

At time I joined it was about $170/mo for 4 25 min stretches. I really noticed my flexibility increase each month.

*Be sure to get proper instructions on how to roll over a session if you’ll be traveling or otherwise unable to complete all your stretches in the month. I was told what to do but when I did that, was passed off to office manager Dan who told me I was given wrong info and would not be able to recover that session*

Unfortunately, Dan was not helpful at all with resolving this miscommunication. I cancelled my membership, only then did he state he would help me get back my “lost” stretch if I would reinstate it. No thanks.
Sad that one unprofessional experience can change my whole view of the place.

Feel like I'm 24 again after every stretch. Each instructor is incredibly qualified and diligent about execution and technique. Tip: Do 50 minutes $49 introductory session to truly feel the benefits immediately and all over.

DO NOT SIGN UP. I needed to cancel or suspend my account and for some scamy reason the require someone to come in to do it AND it includes a 31 day cancellation notice so they can charge you more money for stuff you are not going to use.

They will lure you to their site and be ambiguous about the intro stretch pricing. Only the group stretch is free but not the intro stretch. Be careful that if they contact you for an intro stretch, that means they assume you to pay.

I workout 4-5 times a week and have dealt with a ruptured L5 with Sciatic nerve pain for a majority of my life. Normally I keep the pain managed through regular chiropractic visits but recently I played a few rounds of golf which aggravated my injury and the pain has been bad since before the holidays. During this time I have not been able to work out and nothing I was doing (Chiro, foam roller, ice, heat etc) was working to release the pain. I opened a membership with StretchLab hoping to get some good results and went to a 25 minute stretch a few weeks back and things felt a little better but not that much. After speaking with Angie she recommended that I try a 50 minute stretch so they could focus on my problem areas. I arrange an appointment with Dru who talked through my injury/pain and really stretched the area. I got up from the stretch feeling better but not expecting things to be much different. I was wrong. Later that night as I was walking around my home I noticed that constant nagging pain down the back of my leg was faint at most. I woke up this morning and for the first time got back into another 60 minute bootcamp class. I'm not 100% yet but the depression that set in from being sedentary and not being able to workout feels like its going away and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you Dru and StretchLab! I will be back soon for another 50!!
