Life changing therapy!! I did not realize when I first started how much stretching would change my life. Originally I signed up to help me with more range of motion on my golf game. I was soon taken back on how much it helped me with everything I do in life. I feel younger and healthier. Simple tasks are easier and more pain free like bending over, sitting and standing, or even going to workout. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming and they have become like family to me. Shout out to my flexologist Brandi! I am so thankful for you!! She is amazing, so friendly, and she has improved my range of motion and my general mobility overall which directly translates into my daily life. 10 out of 10 recommendation!! If you have never been professionally stretched you have to try it. It will change your life!!

Really happy with stretch assistance with Melody, Chantel, Madelyn (although I believe she is now pursuing other ventures), Alice, Reyna and Josh and Maya before they left to further their education! Weekend stretches are super convenient now that they are more available. Stormy was helpful getting me situated at the beginning. I think I've been going for about 9 months now....

UPDATE:
Iβve had 4 sessions here. My back pain is diminishing. StretchLab really works. Megan is a wonderful employee. I love her personality and energy. Stormy is super friendly too. Great addition to the front. All staff members seem to be nice and helpful. I enjoy coming here.
Awesome experience. Very nice staff. Reyna was great. I feel loose and renewed. Studio was clean and quiet. Relaxing. The compression boots were lovely. I signed up. I'll be back in a few weeks.

Today was my first session which is intended to be an assessment.
From beginning with the front of the house (registration) to the stretch therapist (Maya), itβs been a great start!
I went in not really knowing what to expect, but wanted to improve mobility and range of motion. I am 61 years young; go to the gym 5-6 times/week; and, play golf regularly.
Iβve noticed my flexibility and range of motion was in need of improvement.
I intend to continue on this journey and look forward to seeing gradual improvement!

This was an outstanding stretch session for me. I really was given a deep solid stretch and it released ALOT of tension and knots in places I never realized was affecting me. You cannot go wrong getting at least one stretch a week. I can still feel the results from my first stretch from last Friday. The stretch team is solid with various backgrounds which is important for different needs from different clients.

This is the best thing I do for myself! Better than massage (I think) because you get more effective and longer lasting results. I sit all day at work and this has helped me with chronic hip pain. Since I started stretching on a regular basis, my level of pain and range of motion have improved. You should try it atleast once!

I absolutely love this business and their staff. I come here once a week for stretching and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The services have done wonders for my hip and my tense upper back. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They go through all your ailments and cater the services to fit your needs. I highly recommend StretchLab!

Stretch Lab Temecula is AMAZING!! I am very physically active, but while I am very active, my body is very tight because I have mild Cerebral Palsy. I walked into Stretch Lab to get information and to explain my situation. Once I had my intro stretch, July 8, 2021, there there was no turning back for me. I go once a week for 50 minutes and it has changed my body for the better!! I am still tight but I have become more flexible and over time have had to βrelearnβ how to walk because of the increase in flexibility. Before stretch, I was only able to work out 4-5 days a week, but now I can do something seven days a week. Starting stretch was one of the best decisions I ever made. Everyone in the studio is so nice and welcoming. The flexologists are awesome. They get to know you and always want to do what is best for your body. I have a standing appointment with Matt but the other flexologists I have had are also very in tune with my body. Family members saw what Stretch Lab was doing for me and now my Dad goes once a week. I cannot say enough about what this place has done for me. I look forward to going every week.

The Stretchlab in Temecula is a perfect example how a good business model can be ruined by bad management. I am referring to the awful experience I had with the current manager, Kaylee, and a former staff member named Maddie. I replied to a Facebook ad and they called me back for a discounted trial session. I had to cancel the first visit because I contracted Covid-19. My health was not fully recovered for a while afterwards and I updated them about that. One day, Maddie calls me saying my session is about to expire if I don't come in, even though they initially told me my session does not expire. Kaylee's process is a lot like being a used car salesperson. She promises the moon and stars to have you sign up for a 3 month commitment contract. After I officially became a member, things went downhill. 1.) It was very hard to obtain appointments even though they aggressively try to get new clients. 2.) The rescheduling system is counterintuitive because when you cancel, the make-up sessions are not immediately applied towards the next session. You have to wait until a future spot comes up for that make-up session to be applied instead of having it applied to your next session. This was NOT explained to me right off the bat. Kaylee did a poor job explaining their rescheduling process. 3.) Even though I confirmed an appointment, they cancelled due to miscommunication. However, that was not my main gripe. When I showed up for that appointment, I literally waited almost 20 minutes for Kaylee to acknowledge me even though I was a few feet away from her. Instead, she was focused on making new client sales calls. She didn't even pay attention to me between her calls. 4.) I kept asking for her to explain how my credits where applied. As her explanation, she wrote dates on a paper without labeling which sessions were regular sessions vs. makeup sessions. A disturbing point is they will say something different to each customer. I saw the notes on my account because it was shown to me and the computer said different policies should be communicated to me.
5.) I asked for a copy of my written contract because their communication was unclear. I told them that I am going to cancel after the 3 months is over. In response to my inquiry, she said I can end our contract early instead of properly addressing my concerns. I took that offer right away because of my bad experience. According to another staff member, Kaylee was nervous that I asked for the contract since I told them my lawyer should look it over.
6.) A week later, another staff member named Rebecca was able to answer my questions succinctly without nondescriptive explanations like Kaylee. She also was able to empathize with my concerns and was really responsive to my needs. Rebecca's approach to customer service to maintain clients should be emulated in this establishment. In comparison, Kaylee seemed to be more interested in making membership sales for residual revenue.
7.) I will say that the stretchologists or therapists are really nice and good at what they do which is why I added another star. However, my experience with Kaylee ruined my whole experience.

I came here after a surgery where I couldnβt get out of bed for a couple weeks and was having bad hip problems, no stretching at home would help after 3 sessions my hips were at 100% and my body has never felt better!

I became a member of StretchLab before the doors even opened after a demo session that was provided. Every flexologist has been amazing and you control how far you want your limits to be pushed. I personally have seen tremendous results in flexibility and mobility since going once a week for the past three months. The staff including the owner, Jeff, are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Steer clear of this one, for many reasons.
I rarely take the time to write a review for a bad experience. I simply don't go back if it was not good. This was bad enough I am taking the time out of my day to warn other would be patrons.
Reason #1 - Old school shady contract schemas
I wanted to try out this concept as I have mobility issues on my left side and have been looking at options to mitigate such as yoga, massage, etc. If all you do is stretching, you should be good at it right? I was willing to give it a shot and when talking to the front desk when I went in for an initial stretch I made the mistake of taking them at their word when I asked questions instead of deep diving into agreement. When I asked how the monthly program worked I was told it was usually a 3 month term but that I could cancel effective immediately at any time. I explicitly asked TWICE if I could cancel at any time if it wasn't for me. The representative responded in the affirmative but with the stipulation that I had to provide 30 days notice. That seemed excessive but sure. It turns out this is not the case, you absolutely cannot cancel at any time and are locked in. I understand the intention but this is an old business model and a bad one and will alienate customers. Buyer beware.
Reason #2 - The service itself was highly inconsistent and not performed well
I feel badly for writing this, as the employees who helped me were very nice, but honestly, I get much more out of just stretching on my own at home or with a partner and it is free. On my last visit which was a 50 mn session I barely had any stretching at all and my upper body was missed entirely. In my previous sessions there were a few good hits, but usually it just wasn't right.
Reason #3 - At least right now, everyone is sick.
I counted 5 people with bad colds and a couple with coughs. During one session the employee had to keep stopping to cough. This made me wince because I have two under two at home including an infant and while a cough won't bother me, its different for the young ones. If you are sick don't come in to work and get your clients sick.
Reason #4 - Not a good value
Spend your money however you want, but there are other services that provide more return on investment and frankly, I can get almost the same quality of stretch on my own. Good luck.
