The best stretch I’ve gotten! Emily did a fantastic job. I’m a runner and surfer and constantly have trouble with lower back pain and sore legs. She did such a good job with asking me wear I was having any soreness, tightness, and or pain whilst consistently asking if I felt the stretches in the right places. I loved it. Will absolutely book with Emily again and ditching my sports massages!

Love The stretch spot… Hermosa Beach and Torrance. I’m on the Manhattan Becah stairs every morning. My problem is that I don’t like to stretch so they not only assist in the stretching but motivate me to stretch at home… Super friendly.. super knowledgeable.. super convenient. The biggest thing is that they are super real! I tried the stretch lab because it’s super close to work.. 3 words about the Stretch Lab.. Way - too- Robotic… everyone can’t have the same issues, lol. So I’m back to where it feels like home. Stretch spot!!!

You deserve the treat of getting stretched out by a professional. I love getting massages but I love assisted stretching even more. I have been going to Stretch Spot since they have opened… I am a hairdresser and if it was not for Stretch Spot, I would not be able to work the hours that I work! I personally see Kwesi and Farid… they are both healers …Very educated I’m sorry in Come healing the body! The staff is incredible. The management is incredible and the bathrooms are very clean!!! The Stretch Spot did my rehab for a broken wrist, a broken arm, and has immensely helped me with my sciatic! Do something good for yourself and check them out! I've been coming to StrechSPOT Hermosa Beach regularly for most of this year. It's always a challenge to keep my body healthy and flexible when training for endurance events. Tina has been absolutely fantastic working on whatever areas are bugging me at the time, and overall as a preventive measure. The StrechSPOT is clean and comfortable, and all of the staff are friendly. The location is great, and there's plenty of free parking.

I've been a client of Stretch Spot in Torrance for over 3 years at the Torrance location. As a hair stylist for 37 years, I find that getting stretched twice a week has kept me going at my job. The staff are professional and friendly and I look forward to going to my appointments a couple of times a week. Anytime I have random aches and pains they are able to work out the kinks and get me back on track. I love the bigger facility at the new location in Hermosa Beach, great parking, easy access in and out.

I had never been stretched before until I went to Stretch Spot. I didn’t realize how important stretching was but the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and have taught me things about stretching that I did not know before. I was having trouble with my hip flexors and with carpal tunnel syndrome. They worked on my problem areas and I left feeling a whole lot better than when I walked in. My wife dragged me here and I’m now a convert. 😀 I stretch daily and get regular massages but this is extra helpful to my posture and flexibility. You feel the effects immediately and they last. I suggest trying different therapists to see what works best for your body - they have the same fundamentals but each has slightly a different style.

Kwesi, Zoe and their team are amazing. Stretch SPOT is unique in that they combine assisted stretching with myofascial release and trigger point therapy - this combination is incredibly effective. I've had back and neck issues on and off for years and this has been the only thing that has helped me consistently. Massage therapy feels good but only gave me short-term releaf. With regular visits to Stretch SPOT, my pain is reduced, I am more flexible and just generally feel more comfortable in my body. :-) I can't say enough good things - give it a try - you won't regret it.

I love Stretch Spot. The staff are so polite, friendly and professional. The location and free parking are a bonus. I had a treatment with Tina, which was outstanding. She is very intuitive, and firmly guided me into stretches that helped improve my overall pain and flexibility. I am planning on making a weekly visit to stay proactive with my physical health.
