i absolutely love stride! this place is truly amazing. the entire team is so welcoming, kind, and full of energy and you feel comfortable the second you walk in. the workouts are incredible and i never leave wishing i hadn’t gone. everything is always clean and organized and everyone does their part to keep the studio looking great.
the coaches are awesome. they’re supportive, motivating, and always willing to help you improve. they give helpful feedback, guide you on what to focus on, and even offer tips for staying healthy outside the studio. the whole staff is always in a great mood and it makes every class such a good experience.
stride is truly the best fitness studio out there and i highly recommend it!

STRIDE Carmel Mountain has been such a fun experience. I’ve been a member since they opened. I am stronger today than I was when I started. I still enjoy all the different class formats and the welcoming community. The classes are a mix of strength and treadmill. Each workout is different and targets different parts of the body so you won’t get bored doing the same workout over and over. The staff and the coaches there are so friendly and welcoming to everyone. Depending on where you are in your fitness journey, they will work with you to make sure you get the best workout possible. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned pro, this place is for everyone :)

I just tried my first class at stride, the pace and press class, and I loved it. Emily at the front was super great and got me all set up, and the instructor, JD, kept the energy high and was awesome and encouraging. It was just the perfect balance of challenging and fun with a great atmosphere. All of the equipment was very clean and up to scale. I would highly recommend Stride to absolutely everyone.

I signed up for the free week trial. Super friendly staff that immediately made me feel like I was already part of the community!! Ended up taking classes everyday because the workouts were efficient and pretty fun. Sadly I am out of town for awhile but I’ll be missing these workouts

Stride has been my fitness community since April 2023. In the last 2 years as a member I have grown in both fitness and confidence. I enjoy all the classes, Combo, Classic and Strength. I enjoy the coaching that has pushed me beyond my made up limits to be better than yesterday. I love the community of people, from the youngest teens to the more seasoned athletes, and people like me, right in the middle. It works with my busy life as a teacher, mother, wife and volunteer. I love coming here! All of the coaches are great, encouraging, and push you to reach new goals. The front desk girls are super sweet and helpful. I recently was having an issue with my account and the manager, Melissa, was amazing at solving the problem and helping me get booked and back into classes.

I love this place. I tried a few different exercise places with class pass, and then canceled class pass to join Stride in Carmel Mountain Ranch. Every single instructor is great, and the classes are so motivating! I am not a thin person, but the instructors here are all great and offer modifications and are so encouraging! The other people exercising there are also nice and don’t seem cliquey. I have found a great place to get healthy!

Stride Fitness is fantastic! The coaches are top-notch - knowledgeable, encouraging, and they really celebrate your wins. There's a great sense of community at the gym, with tons of accountability to help you reach your fitness goals. I've been a member since their very first class, and it's been an amazing journey.

The only downside for me is the location - I wish I lived closer so I could attend classes more often! On the bright side, the memberships are very fairly priced.

Overall, I highly recommend Stride Fitness. It's a fun and supportive environment to get fit and feel your best.

I remember the moment when I first saw the coming soon sign for Stride. I thought, "Oh running...yeaaahh NO!" Fast forward a year later and I saw that a friend of mine coached there. I haven't seen her since pre-pandemic and this was a perfect opportunity to see her. One week later, I signed up and I've been working hard on going at least 3-4 times a week. The Stride staff, coaches, and community are awesome and I'm happy to be part of it.

The instructors at STRIDE are not only highly-skilled, but also incredibly motivating. They create an energetic atmosphere with great music and encouragement that pushes me to always give my best during every training session.

One of the aspects I love most about STRIDE Carmel Mountain Ranch is the sense of camaraderie among fellow members. The fitness family here is simply amazing! Whether you’re a walker, a seasoned runner, or just starting your fitness journey, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive environment. Everyone is so supportive and encourages each other to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Additionally, the treadmill-based workouts at STRIDE are dynamic, challenging, and never boring. The variety of classes offered ensures there’s always something to suit my mood and fitness level. The instructors incorporate interval training, incline work, and strength exercises to provide a well-rounded workout that keeps me engaged and motivated. The Woodway Treadmills are also not only top-notch and state of the art, but they are designed to prioritize the safety and comfort of their members…in order to keep us all moving and healthy for the long run!

HATE TREADMILLS?? So do I! Whether you walk, jog, or run the class just flies by.

Signed up not really knowing what to expect and took my first class on their opening day... 3 weeks later I'm addicted!

They offer 3 different type of classes; Stride, Combo, or Core. This makes it even more enjoyable because each type of class has a different focus.

The CORE class is a guided treadmill class that ends with 10 minutes of killer core/ab exercises... don't worry you can modify EVERYTHING.

The COMBO class is also guided treadmill and ends with strength training (predominantly legs and can be modified with or without weights)

The STRIDE class is ALL treadmill (guided of course) and focuses on intervals and hills to help you strengthen your legs and core. This is my current favorite 😍

They have state of the art treadmills and you're synced up to a heart rate monitor throughout the class. They also have a water fill station and free lockers to secure your belongings.... oh and after EVERY class they hand out ice cold wet towels to wipe down with (love it!)

The crew is amazing! Stacey, Vanessa, Maija..Marissa... all of them will help motivate you and guide you throughout class and they all have play fabulous music to sing along to 😁
