Johann and Phil are absolutely, bar none (pun intended), the best. I've been with them for over 4 months now and my weight loss and muscle gain has been absolutely shocking. My fiancee constantly comments on it. My fiancee lost 13, yes 13, pounds just over one month under Phil. These guys are miracle workers, can't recommend enough!

Came to Phillip and Johann from a referral from a friend and i’m extremely happy with the results! i’m down 10 pounds in a single month which is the fastest i’ve ever lost weight in my life. I attribute it to the nutrition plan Phillip wrote me and it’s been working like a charm. it’s easy to follow and it works in my lifestyle perfectly. Johann is also very thorough and makes sure i’m sore within every workout. Once im done with my transformation, im definitely going to be sharing it here!

I’ve been training at Aspire Fitness with Johann and Phillip, and they’ve been amazing. Super chill, super knowledgeable, and they really pay attention to what your body needs. Since working with them, I feel stronger, healthier, and honestly, I’ve never looked better.
The biggest thing for me? No more knee pain. I used to feel it all the time, even just walking or going up stairs, and now it’s completely gone. That alone has made such a difference.
Can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you’re thinking about starting or getting back into training, this is the place.

The trainers are really responsible and caring. It doesn't matter what your goal is; they will work with you with patience and encouragement! I can say with certainty, the personal training here is top notch! The trainers are knowledgeable when it comes to all different exercises including my squats which I really wanted to work on, thanks to strive fitness I was finally able to squat my goal of 315lbs!

I've been training with Philip since last year, and it was my first time working with fitness professionals.
Phil and his team made each session fun and encouraging. I lost 20lbs within the first 3 months with noticeable muscle gains (I'm too introverted to share before/after pics, you'll just need to take my word for it).
The meal plan that was set up for me is realistic and easy to follow. In addition to an improved physique, I feel great, i have more energy, stamina, and my overall health have greatly improved!

Johann and Phillip have been absolutely amazing trainers and I'm very impressed with the results they got me. I was looking for trainers who weren't just focused on the workouts or looking good, I wanted trainers who focus on overall health and longevity and that's exactly what I got with these two. Phillip handles the nutrition aspect while Johann handles the workouts and the workout plan. Together they are very very specific with their approach and this is what gets the results at least for me. I've never met trainers who were so knowledgeable about overall health and which markers I should be looking at. We tracked everything and I'm super appreciative of that.
They really are the best trainers l've had the pleasure of working with, so if you're in the market for personal trainers, these are the guys for you.

Best personal trainers I’ve found - I’ve been training with Phill for over 3 years now and I’m extremely happy with my progress. When I started I was too skinny and underweight at 115, and now I am at 145 and way more muscular! I feel more energetic, happy, and healthier than before. Phillip keeps me in check with meal plans and plans out all my workouts so that I don’t need to spend time worrying about it. I used to dread going to the gym, but now I can’t wait to go.

I came to Strive Fitness mainly to build strength and deal with some lingering back pain. I’m down 45 pound and I’m in the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I started training with Phillip and Johann back in 2021. The amount of change my body has experienced is crazy. I have a shoulder injury that made it very hard for me to build muscle in my chest and arms. Phillip and Johann fixed my form, found out my shoulder and lats were extremely tight and found a way for me to start getting strong in my bench press. I literally feel like a new person and it’s all due to their training. I 100% recommend them as your personal trainer.

Best trainers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’m down 50 pounds since I started in March of last year. It’s been exactly a year I’ve been training with Phillip and Johann and I’ve literally had to get a whole new wardrobe. The amount of care and effort they put in these session is more than any other trainer I’ve worked with. We do kickboxing, weight lifting, cardio, everything you could think of. They make sure you’re getting the best workout and they make sure you’re on top of your diet. Best trainers ever!

Some of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I came here because my doctor said I was overweight and it was time for me to start working out. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and I had high cholesterol which meant things needed to change.
Phillip taught me the exact things I needed to do to lower my cholesterol and, after 6 months, I’m down 40 points on my cholesterol and I feel stronger than I’ve ever been. Johann is also an excellent trainer and taught me so many techniques that made me confident to go the gym. They’re honestly some of the funnest and most knowledgeable trainers out there. I have nothing bad to say about them and they’re definitely the best in the business!
