I gave up a membership with a gym because of how great my training has been with Strong 4 Lyfe Fitness. Lya has a world of knowledge and sets up programs based on each individual’s level. She is supportive, demonstrates each routine and is the best trainer I have ever had! I have been coached by Lya since Jan 2020. I am 56 yrs old and was wanting to fit better in my skin after losing about 30 lbs by building some muscle. I had some knee issues that she helped me work through. She is so very knowledgeable about creating core strength and has taught me proper form in everything we do. She is kind and patient in her coaching and I trust that she has my best interest always to create and maintain the body I want . I have never felt stronger and she inspires me to become the best possible version of myself.

I am 79 years old. I started working out with Lya in April 2022 with bad knees, extremely weak upper body and no core fitness. I cannot believe the difference those few months have made. My lower body is 100% more flexible and pain-free. My upper body has built an incredible amount of strength. I can hold a one minute plank for the first time ever. I have built stomach muscles and others I didn't know I could.
Most of all Lya is an extremely knowledgeable, caring trainer dedicated to the well-being of whom she trains. And that is unlike any other trainer I have used before !!

I have been a client of Lya's for 2+ years, training with her 3x/week to improve my strength, flexibility, balance and overall fitness level. Wow....she's an amazing and knowledgeable trainer and I can't see not having her in my life! She's so passionate and knowledgable about the body, how it moves and performs, and what to do to ensure strength, especially as we age (my priority!). Her private studio is wonderful and I can't wait for each session (well, mostly - haha!). I would highly recommend Lya for anyone looking to improve their well-being!

Lya is amazing. I was in a bad car accident and have back and neck issues. She put together a workout that helped me with flexibility, strength and balance. After going to several physical therapists I personally believe that Lya has done a superior job in helping me get stronger. She is very knowledgeable and the training has really helped me. I have definitely improved. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
