Strong By Jenny offers affordable & effective hybrid and online training.
30+ years of in person training and rehab experience.
Too often people skip proper strength training because the barrier to entry when it comes to progressive, skill based training is higher. The weight room can be intimidating. I help my clients break through this barrier and learn to lift on their own. My in person clients usually require a short period of 1 on 1 coaching to build the skills and confidence to transition to independent online training. My online clients follow a subscription or a personalized program but also receive unlimited coaching support, review form videos or answer questions. My goal is to get my clients lifting for life!

I’ve been wanting to learn lifting, and Jenny Dewey has made it so doable. We use the Trainerize app to track progress, and I watch her how-to videos (over and over!). Her workouts are smart, challenging, and—dare I say—actually fun… even for someone who hates the gym (but refuses to quit!).
I’ve joined a few of her group challenges too, and while I might be dead last, I’m now paying attention to my fiber, protein, and steps so I’m calling that a win. Between the nutrition tips, podcast recommendations, strength training videos, and her endless encouragement, Jenny keeps me motivated and moving forward.
If you’ve ever wanted to lift but don’t know where to start, Jenny’s your girl. 💪✨

Jenny's program is amazing! She does an incredible job explaining everything and also giving options if substituting is needed. Her workouts always challenge me, and leave me feeling like I worked hard. Her variety of exercises are great, and her expertise with how she uses them in the workouts is very effective for building muscle and feeling strong. Highly recommend Strong by Jenny!

Jenny is personable, friendly, and willing to work with whatever goals you have in mind. I told her I wanted a workout program to increase strength and she delivered! I have always been a casual gym goer and was so surprised how fast I improved when using the program she tailored to me. Every week I was able to up weight in my lifts. She also was a big help in fixing my form in a lot of different full body lifts (deadlift, squat, Romanian deadlift ect) and introduced me to several new exercises improving both my mobility and strength. I have sent her several form check videos when learning new exercises and she has always been quick to respond and help. She also has extensive knowledge on nutrition. I can't think of anyone better to recommend than Jenny Dewey if you're looking to reach your fitness goals.

I’ve been lifting weights for a while now, but I used to always have a trainer by my side telling me what to do. And honestly, once that ended. I felt lost.
Since August, I’ve been following a program by Jenny and it’s been a game changer.
Her program has given me structure, direction, and confidence to lift on my own.

Love the platform and regular inspiration! This is not just a program that is sent to you and you’re left on your own. Jenny checks in to assure you understand what is expected, exercises make sense, your form is good to avoid injury, and you are able to do all the exercises. She has a 3 day a week full body lifting work out or upper & lower split out for a shorter workout if timing is a concern. Jenny is energetic and a great cheerleader from the sidelines. She helps as much as you would like but gives you space if you want to march on and change out some exercises. I can’t say enough great things about this affordable creative way to get to the gym and feel comfortable and confident integrating weight training into your program of health and fitness.

Jenny is very knowledgeable about fundamentals of weight training, nutrution and strength training. She really cares about her clients and helping them stay accountable and grow. So grateful that I started training with Jenny a couple years ago. I've been a runner, spinner, swimmer for many years but missing a proper strength building program. I used to find it intimidating to go into the gyms and figure out the free weights, but thanks to Jenny, I've learned proper technique and feel confident using the squat racks with the buff guys at the gym lol!
