I’ve always worked out on and off throughout the years (starting in high school to present day). I would get close to my goals, but never really reached my full potential. Looking back, I can honestly say that I was clueless. I never thought I would need or even want to pay for a trainer because I thought I didn’t need one. It wasn’t until one of my friends hired Ray and got shredded! He convinced me that Ray was the guy who could get me looking right for my wedding and boy was he right! I’m down 30lbs and looking fitter than I’ve even been and it can only get better from here. Ray taught me/ gave me the tools I needed to change the way I think about and approach weight loss and strength training. It has truly been a life changing experience and I can’t thank Ray enough for all the help, knowledge, and support throughout this journey.

Ray DELIVERS! In the short 4 months I worked with Ray, I got results that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Ray was responsive and readily available to answer any questions I had re: both nutrition and exercise. The weekly check ins were helpful and informative, and he was always supportive despite a few bumps in the road I had. Most importantly (for me) the food was delicious and recipes were easy to follow! It wasn’t what I was expecting (only greens, rice, and a protein); i got really yummy dishes I didn’t think I could consume during this program. Ray helped me understand how to make healthy swaps and how much to consume, all while focusing on whole food intake. He was very receptive to my dietary preferences and accommodations.

If I could, I would make the choice to do it over and over again. It became such a routine, I’m truly bummed to stop working with Ray. 10/10 would recommend. If you’re looking to improve your physical health, mental health, and have a better understanding of and with food, Ray is your guy!

Raymond provided a super easy to follow system that allowed me to develop a better understanding of and relationship with food. His exercise routines are simple and not crazy high intensity or long, exhausting workouts. He was patient yet firm, ensuring I stayed on track. I went from 252 lbs to 211 in 4 months, but also received guidance I have applied for the last 2 years and am happy to say that 2 years later I am at 207 lbs.

Had a great experience with Ray! I had already been doing a routine that I just wasn't getting results from, and Ray did a great job of looking at it and teaching me what needed to be adjusted and why. We only did 8 weeks but they were a super successful 8 weeks, dropping 10 lbs by the end of them, and I feel confident about continuing what Ray taught me down the line. Will definitely be down to sign up with him again when it’s time to start bulking.

Meeting Ray has definitely been a huge game changer to my life. I have personally been training for 10 years already but I was seeking help from a coach that expertises in extreme fat loss. My goal this year was to get my body fat percentage down to 5%. I was stuck at 162 lbs when I started, at about 11% body fat. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong and my body fat / weight wasn’t going down.

After finding out about Rays coaching business through social media, I realized he was an expert in this field. I wanted my physique to look exactly like his. I DM’d him immediately for help and we got started right away.

Rays coaching program is very professional and well put together; everything is very detailed and he will guide you from A-Z. He first made me sign some documents, learning more about my lifestyle and habits first. Next, he added me into his personal training app where he tracks my progress and performs all communication. He customized a weekly meal/workout plan specific to my height, weight, measurements, and goals. All I had to do was follow everything exactly to a tea and he said I would be guaranteed the results I desired.

After 2 months on the program and following exactly what he told me to do, I am finally at the 5% body fat stage. I have never looked this shredded in my life ever and it’s all thanks to his help and expertise. Whether you’re looking to just lose a couple pounds for a wedding or if you’re trying to make a huge change in your life, Coach Ray has you in good hands. There is no need to worry as long as you are dedicated and committed to the goal.

The skills I have learned from Ray I will definitely be using throughout my lifetime. I am so grateful to have met Ray and he is an all around excellent individual. He always likes to help and loves seeing his clients succeed on their fitness goals.

I had the absolute pleasure of training with Ray, and I can't recommend him enough! Ray tailored a workout plan to meet my fitness goals and thoroughly explained each workout so I would know how to perform them with proper form. He also made a personalized meal plan based on my food requests to meet my macros. Growing up in a Filipino household, a lot of the food I grew up eating wasn't the healthiest but Ray was able to adjust the ingredients to fit my macros.

In the past, I’ve always just followed random home workouts and fad diets so my weight would fluctuate. Thanks to Ray’s training, I’ve learned the proper way of working out and steadily losing fat while building muscle. I feel like learning this concept will help me keep my progress and continue to get stronger.

Growing up, I struggled a lot with my weight and had difficulty keeping the weight off. I would try and eat as little as possible only to regain the weight weeks later which caused me to feel depressed & not confident. It was an endless cycle until I reached out to Ray. He was able to help me strategize a work out/ nutrition plan in order to gain muscle and lose fat as the same time. I was able to build confidence in the gym and heck, I was even able to do pull up which I never expected I could do. It was helpful that he would check in once a week to make sure I was on track and would customize my meals to certain Asian flavors (I didn’t even feel like I was dieting). He would also respond to questions I had and always had knowledge to offer. It’s been 3 years and I have kept the weight down thanks to his training. Highly recommend if you want to make a change.
