About the Club

Strong with Sandy (formerly Momleta Walnut Creek) is about building strength at every stage of life. Fitness is more than just a workout, It’s about building confidence, connection and lifelong strength. Whether you are a mom looking for a fun and supportive community bootcamp where your kids can attend with you or someone who is ready for one on one personal training, you will find a program designed just for you. Join our Mom Strong Bootcamp where moms of all ages and stages are welcome to join while bringing your kids with you! I offer 3-4 classes a week at local parks in Walnut Creek. Your first class is free. Or if you are looking for more personalized one on one training reach out for more information on my personal training sessions.

Strong with Sandy is truly more than just a workout—it is an essential community for motherhood.

Sandy is an excellent trainer and instructor who is deeply knowledgeable about the postpartum journey. She clearly understands the challenges of building back strength after having babies and provides expert support throughout pregnancy. Her coaching on engaging the deep core and pelvic floor is phenomenal, making the training safe and incredibly effective.

What sets this program apart is the beautifully inclusive community Sandy has built. I started when my son was 3 months old and still attend, even after returning to full-time work. Whether you work in the home or outside the home, you feel like you belong from day one. I have always felt supported by dedicated moms who truly understand what you're going through. Many of us bring our babies right along with us!

Even on tough days when I’m feeling exhausted or emotional, I leave class feeling rejuvenated by the supportive environment. We also love the added social events, like Mom’s Night Out and Family Night Out. I highly recommend Strong with Sandy to any mom looking for expert fitness and genuine connection.

Sandy and the community she has built is incredible. Highly recommend it for anyone post baby to get outside and active. She’s super knowledgeable and helps with all levels of exercise post-baby. I've joined her during both of my maternity leaves and I can't say enough about her and all she does for the community and for moms. Sandy through her program gives moms a reason to get up, get dressed, and get motivated, even when our whole world has flipped upside down and adjusting to a new norm and new body sometimes feels like the hardest thing to do. Sandy is kind, she motivates you, and always supports mom's to find strong again. Please go and support her and her group - you won't regret it!

So happy to have found Sandy! After I had my little one and faced a tough recovery I was looking for a way to get back to exercising at a pace that was realistic for me and to hopefully meet some other moms as I was new to the area. Strong with Sandy offered both! Sandy and the group are so welcoming and supportive. Sandy will always make sure you’re doing exercises that work for you and your body. The workouts are always changing and the group also plans fun mom night out events! When I was expecting my second child, I worked with Sandy one on one and she kept me strong throughout my whole pregnancy and I couldn't be more grateful!

Sandy’s mom string bootcamp saved me post partum! Not only is it a great work out and a saving grace to be able to move my body after birth, the community is incredible. It is such a safe space, with kids of all ages, and zero judgment on the moms working out. I absolutely love this group and highly recommend it! I first joined Sandy’s bootcamp for moms in Walnut Creek when my oldest son was 1, and 3 years later I’m still going strong. I’ve worked out with Sandy through my second pregnancy and now with my youngest, who just turned 1. The workouts are always adaptable—whether you’re looking for prenatal fitness, postpartum workouts, stroller workouts, or a chance to exercise solo while your kids are at daycare or school.

The welcoming atmosphere and supportive community of moms make this class so special. Sandy is a wonderful, engaging instructor who helps you feel challenged and encouraged every step of the way. I love that I can bring my kids along and also have the option to come alone. It’s the perfect balance of fitness, flexibility, and friendship for moms in Contra Costa!

Boot camp classes with Strong with Sandy has been such a wonderful work out experience for myself and my kids! Not only do I get a great work out in but my kids come too and are able to play with other kids and see me work out in a fun environment. I started attending when my oldest son was 2 months old and he's now 6 years old. It was a wonderful network of moms for me to meet when I was a new mom and still continues to be. Sandy has helped me safely and effectively workout through subsequent pregnancies, postpartum and beyond. Sandy also cultivates a comradery among the moms with moms nights out, informational speakers, play dates and a positive environment to chat with other moms. I cannot recommend Sandy enough no matter what stage of motherhood or life you are in!

As a new mom, I was looking for something that would help me gently rebuild strength, boost my energy, and connect with other moms — and this class has been all of that and more. I always feel challenged but never pushed beyond what feels safe.

One of my favorite parts is that babies are not just welcome, they’re included! Whether mine is in the carrier, on the mat next to me, or needing a quick cuddle, I never feel out of place. Sandy creates such a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, and it’s clear she understands the physical and emotional journey of postpartum recovery.

I’ve been coming to bootcamp classes with Sandy since my oldest was a baby and she ms now 14 years old! Sandy is welcoming, makes the classes fun and it’s go at your own pace. Never intimidating! You’re welcome to chat with other moms the whole time, or just keep to yourself if you’d like (sometimes I’m just too tired to chat). Go try a free class! It’s super fun!
