Coach Deb is the best!! She has many years of experience in the fitness industry. She is very careful with my body as I have had many previous injuries and I don't want to aggravate any of my old (62 years young) body parts!! ;-) She encourages but doesn't push, demonstrates each move and watches my form throughout. I have gained a lot of strength and muscle and have lost extra body fat just by my twice a week sessions with her. I notice daily activities are easier and safer with my new strength like bringing in the groceries, putting on a new water bottle, stepping off a curb and lifting the laundry detergent bottle. Thanks Coach Deb!!

Coach Deb is amazing. I have been going to her for fitness training for about 10 years. She is such a great coach. She is truly invested in my success. She challenges me and supports me simultaneously. I tried out one of the local "luxury health clubs" thinking I would enjoy the many amenities they offer. It was a total waste of money for me. I rarely went to the gym and barely ever used the fancy amenities and immediately returned to Strong Better Fitness. With small class sizes she has time to individualize the workouts to the specific needs of each person and helps ensure good form to prevent injuries. If you are looking to challenge yourself to be a stronger, better, healthier you, Stronger Better Fitness is the place to be. Coach Deb will guide and support you with fitness and nutrition plans. If you need accountability, she's got that too! I can't say enough great things about Coach Deb and Stronger Better Fitness.

It's been an incredible experience working out at Stronger Better Fitness over that last 6 months with Coach Deb! The workouts are challenging yet accessible, and Coach Deb does an amazing job of pushing you while keeping things fun and motivating. In January 2021, I decided it was time to put my health first. I weighed 275 pounds and felt stiff and sore most days. I started going to Coach Debbie 3 times a week. I walked every day. Lifting weights with Debbie made my body transform before my eyes. Normally, it’s hard to see because you see yourself every day, but I was developing muscles that I had never had before. I have always struggled with food, but I did better. Coach Debbie just encouraged me to cut out The bad foods a little bit at a time. By November 2021 I was down 40 lbs and a ton of inches all over. More importantly I was strong! I could feel the muscles in my arms, legs, glutes and abs. it’s an amazing feeling.
If youre tired of gimmicks and want to really lose weight and change your lifestyle, I highly recommend coach Debbie!

Deb is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing when it comes to results!!
Stronger Better Fitness has changed my life for the better. Deb and I discussed my goals when I started and she has helped me PUSH myself in ways I never thought possible. She's very in tune with what your body needs both physically and nutritionally to meet your goals!

Her energy and excitement is contagious.. if you follow her guidance you will be motivated and inspired.

I never realized how much I love weight training, until starting at Strong Better, there is truly no better feeling!

I started with Coach Deb two years ago.  I've always worked out at other gyms and was in pretty good shape but my joints ached and I was always nursing a sore shoulder and cramped muscles or some other injury.  My goal with Deb was to get stronger without injury. With Coach Deb I've become stronger than I've been in probably 30 years and my body feels pain free.  I really notice my strength and lack of pain in everyday life like when I'm working in the yard or how, for example, if I trip on something I can recover without falling to the ground.

Even though I attend her group training class, she tailors the program for each individual, including suggesting weights specific to me, nutrition planning, and checking in on my sleep habits and patterns.  Coach Deb is always positive and encouraging.  Her gym is clean and organized.  The atmosphere is fun and casual but at the same time, the exercises are taken seriously with Deb watching and making sure we stay safe and use good form.

I recommend Coach Deb and Stronger Better Fitness to anyone who wants to get healthier and live and move better.

Coach Deb has trained me this time around for almost a year. I have become so much stronger. I could barely lift weights or do much in terms of exercise when I started last September, but am lifting weights and able to do so much more, because of Coach Deb. She spends the time with me to make sure I am in the correct form. We measure to see improvements and it is always a good feeling to lose those inches. Debbi is great! she's very positive, always helping me better my self, not just physically but mentally as well.
