I started training with STRUT as I wanted to lose body fat, tone up and increase muscle mass. When I started my body fat was 31.8 and as of today I am at 22.7 and delighted with the results. I know that a regular gym is not for me, but STRUT creates an environment which they gently encourage and completely support me. STRUT is great for building your confidence in an environment that is focused on learning and achieving your personal goals.

My second 30-day Strut Fitness challenge is officially over! With that being said, during my 30 days here, I have accomplished, learned, and achieved so much. The first thing I learned was a healthy diet. Before the challenge, I was on a seafood diet; I saw it, I would eat it. Although it was a tough transition, I made it through. With
proper diet + crushing my workouts, my abdomen area got smaller and smaller. Accomplishing this has been a goal of mine for the last five years! I don’t think that I would have made this type of progression without the help and guidance from Jason. The hardest part of this challenge for me was sobriety. It took a lot of willpower and determination not to crack a nice cold beer open. I feel the best I have felt in 5 years or more; I have developed a great work ethic, I have more energy than I've had in years, and I am more motivated than ever! Thank you, Jason!

Strut Fitness studio has changed my life. With Jason’s help I’ve lost over 25lbs and gained all the confidence in the world. I look good and I feel good, all thanks to Jason. Besides exercising he has guided me and many others how to live a healthier lifestyle, how to meal prep and stick to it. Through the 30 day challenge not only have I had amazing results but have also gained an army of people who support and motivate each other to reach their goals.

Jason and the Strut Fam are amazing. I felt so much support during my 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge! The group classes are great, with a variety of exercise options. Clean facilities! Would definitely recommend Strut Fitness Studio to Everyone!

Jason is a great trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated and will work with you every step of the way to reach your goals. He is tough, but inspiring and encouraging. I am completely hooked on this place as it has changed my entire outlook on health and fitness. He guides you with nutrition and workouts and if you stay committed and consistent, you will see results. I have achieved great results and will forever be grateful to Jason for pushing and helping me to continue to reach my goals. The group classes are challenging, fun and motivating. I have been to many gyms and this is by far my favorite and Jason and his crew are the best! I love being part of the STRUT fit fam!

Very friendly and professional environment! This has been the savior of my mental health during the pandemic ! I look forward to going to my 6:00 pm team workout class every day ! Will definitely recommend this place 100 and 10 percent!
