Studio 10 is located in Chino Hills, CA and is owned and operated by Rachel McClane. Rachel firmly believes that her education and experience is what creates the foundation for her studio. She is BASI Pilates® educated, a leading Pilates education academy with a reputation for innovation, dedication and academic excellence. She structures the classes within a flexible framework, creating sessions that are balanced, well-rounded, and address all planes of movement and multiple muscle groups. This allows her to provide the best possible result to any and all of their clients. All physical levels and ages can benefit from this form of exercise. Rachel has advanced techniques to work with individuals recovering from injuries.

I found Rachel and Studio 10 online.
I blindly booked with her and I joined her "Trio" package option.
I started taking classes in October 2024, and currently still loving every class.
I am still a member and I will always take these classes, I finally found my home!
I have been searching for health and fitness to fit my hectic schedule but also something I enjoy and don't dread for the past few years.
I always look forward to her class, not only because I physically benefit but it's also very relaxing, very positive and a peaceful experience for me.
Her studio is clean and well kept, there is 3 reformers and a Cadillac and a few other things I don't know the names of.
The stuff she has is very current and new and she's always on top of latest trends in fitness but also keeping the fundamentals at the core of what she does which I truly appreciate.
I had no idea pilates would kick my butt but also make me feel good about myself.
Rachel is the BEST teacher, always explaining health, nutrition, speaking health and healing into me.
Rachel really helps me focus on my core and helps me get stronger without feeling like I'm going to get injured. I'm always worried about being injured and I feel like coming here has made me stronger and I always look forward to it because even though it's challenging and it's not easy for me I always feel better when I leave.
Very professional and very helpful for your overall health.
I am so thankful I found Rachel and Studio 10 pilates.

Working with studio 10 Pilates has been an amazing experience! I slipped two discs in my back last summer, and I was afraid that I would lose the quality of life that I had before my injury. But I made the commitment to come to studio 10 Pilates twice a week, and it really has changed my life. I'm so grateful for the support, kindness, and encouragement from Taylor, Tessa, and Rachel. The courses are challenging, but I never feel like it's too much. Even when we had other students in our class, I felt the individual attention that I needed to overcome my injury. So if you were ever in this situation, I hope that you reach out to studio 10 Pilates.

I love Studio 10 Pilates! After having a not so great experience at another pilates studio, i decided to give Studio 10 pilates a try. I could not be happier. I had my first session with Rachel and when I explained that I recently had hip surgery and I that was experiencing some pain in my lower back, she immediately knew what I needed .Rachel is exttemely knowledgeable and an amazing instructor. She is very positive and gives great instructions. After each of my sessions, I feel like a new person. I actually look forward to my pilates classes. Thank you Rachel!

My friend convinced me to try Studio 10's semi-private class with her and I ended up looking forward for more. The place is clean, well lit and in a plaza where there's plenty of parking.
The instructors are patient and they take the time to demonstrate some exercises to make sure we are not totally lost.

Racheal is very knowledgeable about injury improvement and conditioning/strength for dance. I have improved from my injury because of her expertise. I always walk out of her studio feeling like a supermodel!

I love having Pilates at Studio 10. Rachel is an excellent instructor and has worked hard with me to get my body back. I came to Studio 10, three months postpartum, and in about 12 weeks, I've toned down and lost about all my pregnancy weight by solely going to Pilates. Rachel is a patient teacher and skilled in what she does. I would highly recommend Pilates to moms who have recently given birth and want to get back into shape.

I started Pilates almost a year ago, out of curiosity mostly. I ended up enjoying it and benefiting from it, and all this because of Rachel. She is a great and knowledgeable instructor, and cares about your wellbeing. Pilates improved my muscle strength, my flexibility, and eased my back pain a lot. I strongly recommend choosing Rachel and Studio 10 if you’re looking for someone who knows what it does, who knows what exercises will help improve your condition, who cares, for a fun and different workout, and for a place that is welcoming and well equipped.

I've been seeing Rachel about two times per week for private pilates sessions for about four months now, and I actually look forward to every session. I've noticed my neck/shoulder pain has decreased, and I feel more strong and flexible. Not only is Rachel an amazing instructor, but she's also a genuinely nice person who really cares about her clients. I feel lucky that I found her!

I've been training with Rachel for a little over a year, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Rachel is an excellent trainer, who has been my private pilates instructor for 2 years. She's very good at working within and/or around physical limitations while knowing how to strengthen those areas of my body that could use additional help. I love the studio which is equipped with Basi products. I also love how accessible Rachel is to set up last minute appointments. I highly recommend.

Feels good to stretch certain body parts. Rachel is really awesome in helping you with aches/soreness. I always thought Pilates was all mat work. The machines are great! Rachel modifies them to help with what my body needs. I do weight training 3x/week and pilates 2x/week and I believe that weight training and pilates are a good combination. My body feels good, I should say, at my age. Rachel is also passionate and uses natural stuff to disinfect the equipments. I highly recommend this place!!!

I have been with Rachel at Studio 10 Pilates for the last 7 months and I consider myself really lucky to have being able to find an outstanding trainer like Rachel and her other training staff. She has an individual approach to every customer, she is extremely professional and easy to deal with. I’ve never really done Pilates until I came to this studio about 10 weeks ago. I have an injury that I really didn’t know what to do with but Rachel has made the process of recovery easy. She is very understanding and knowledgeable and has really helped me with the past month.
If you have an injury or just want to take pilates to improve strength or for any reason I highly recommend Rachel and Studio 10 pilates. The training is the best and I’m improving more day by day.

Rachel is legit. Too legit to quit. I never thought I'd ever do Pilates. But let me tell ya, boy am I glad I did. Made me buffer, more flexible, took away my back pain, and gave me some strong hips. I like how she does private lessons too! I walk out of every session absolutely pumped, refreshed, and alive.

Its always a different workout every session. What I love the most about this place compared to other studios is that they have the Cadillac which adds variety to the exercises done on the Reformer and on the mat. Plus their Reformer has an added weight setting compared to other usual Reformers. Lastly, one of the instructors Rachel is certified on injuries and she definitely helped me on my back problem. Highly recommend this place!
