Allison is a straight up master genius and I owe my ability to move to her! I have a joint disease and when I first started going to her after a few movements, I was ready to barf. Just walking up the stairs to her studio was difficult for me. But she took it slow and steady and knew just how much my body could take with each session. After a year of working with her Iām almost able to do an actual Pilates class- which is INCREDIBLE progress. I never could have achieved this level of success on my own. She is a joy to know and full of light, I love getting to see her every week. She is an expert with issues!š You rock Allison!!!

Very unpleasant experience the owner Alison was very rude and unwelcoming. Iām not sure if it was because of my ethnicity or what exactly the reason was for her rude demeanor, but I would definitely not recommend this business. The vibe she gave off was horrible, and the way she speaks comes off condescending and stuck up.

I've been taking Pilates classes with Allison for over a year: she's an amazing individual, business owner, and instructor. I love her energy, humor, and attentiveness!

Allison is by far the best Pilates instructor I've even known. She is thorough, consistent, takes special interest in all her students and provides very clear and concise cuing for every exercise. Her cuing is provided throughout the class which is so helpful. I also appreciate how she makes sure you are fully warmed up before proceeding through a series of exercises. It's pretty amazing how she does that. Allison's studio provides the Melt method which is a unique form of muscle stretching/massage that is like a full body massage. It is incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I do it on my own almost every day and it has helped me to heal sore areas. Allison always pays attention to her students and notices things performed correctly or incorrectly. Adjustments are suggested in a supportive manner. I feel fortunate to have this excellent exercise program.

This studio is special for sure! Allison is not an ordinary Pilates instructor. She's a genius when it comes to bodies and specializes in rehabilitation. When I started with her I had lost my ability to exercise due to hip pain. My pain is gone, I am back on my spin bike and, for the first tile in my life, I have a waist!

Allison is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher. She has a warm and friendly approach to teaching and her love of helping people shines through every class. I would without hesitation recommend her for anyone wishing to increase mobility, recover from injury, or to strengthen and tone all over!

I love this studio and I love Allison Fall. Pilates is how I recovered from various post-natal injuries, including abdominal diastasis. I am stronger and more physically well when I regularly do pilates. On any day, I feel better after pilates -- better rested, more energetic, stronger. But I really love this studio because of the warm, loving, joyful environment that Allison creates. She is attentive, funny, and real. She connects with her clients. She makes us laugh! She is serious about posture (ribs! shoulders! belly in!) and attentive to injuries, healing, strength, and other individual needs.

For 2 years, I have counted on Allison to help me manage my joint hyper mobility, which is not a condition most people understand. I sometimes go into her studio in pain, but I always leave feeling better if not without pain. She is so precise when she corrects my alignment, posture, and breathing. If you have a chronic condition, I highly recommend individual lessons with Allison, but her group lessons are a great supplement and fun for everyone involved!

I had a terrible experience with Allison at Studio 355 today. Showed up for my very first session on time at 11am and she cancelled on me in person as she worked with two other clients.
When I asked her why, she said it was because I used her online booking app, she doesn't check it and "hadn't she made that clear already"? I asked if I could have a short session when she was done and she just rolled her eyes. Then when I texted my husband to turn around and pick me back up, she told me, "Are you texting someone? Pay attention when I talk to you!"
I personally don't make progress with a verbally abusive instructor, especially one who demeans a first-time client in front of other students. There are enough great Pilates coaches in the area I don't need to put up with Allison's self-important attitude.

I am a certified Pilates instructor (PMA-CPT) visiting my daughter in Davis. I met with Allison a few weeks ago and I was overwhelmed by her dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for her clients. Her studio is a peaceful, welcoming space. I highly recommend Studio 355 for every body.
