About the Club

Studio á Go Go is LA’s Lagree Fitness Studio dive–
Like a night out, minus the hangover and (hopefully) the bad decisions. The headliner? Core engagement. Bet you never thought you’d get FOMO from skipping a workout.
Go Go runs on the Lagree Method, a high-intensity, low-impact workout. We use the Miniformer, not the Megaformer. Same method, different flavor. Designed to light up your slow-twitch muscle fibers (the ones that build endurance, burn fat, and shake like hell). Every move can be modified or leveled up. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned shaker, we’ll meet you where you are- and then push you a little further.

I was lowkey terrified of starting Pilates. I had looked into Club Pilates and other spaces nearby but was super intimidated. I took a chance of this studio and I can honestly say it’s my favorite workout I have ever done. Shannon and Lydia are the most welcoming and encouraging people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in any fitness space. You always leave feeling like you just had the most intense workout of your life.
I also didn’t know fitness instructors would play fun 70s music?? This is a first for me 🪩 🕺

The only bad thing: street parking. Take a Waymo if you can 🤡

1000/10. I’ve been looking for a place like this for years and I’m not exaggerating. It really does feel like a disco club in the late 70s/80s — dimly lit and rainbow —and the workouts kick your ass. It’s as hard as it is fun. Shannon, the owner and instructor, is energetic, kind, sexy, and tough.

If you’re sick of the sterile, white box, clean-girl aesthetic bs that is dominating even the fitness world, this is the studio for you. Big hair big burn! I love it here!!!

What a hidden gem! I don't do a lot of Pilates and thought of studios as very intimidating, but Shannon made me feel so comfortable and empowered! The vibes are immaculate, the music is great, I can't recommend this place enough!

A pilates studio is so dependent on its instructors and Shannon lives up to ALL expectations! She makes a point of learning everyone’s name, creating a true sense of community. Throughout the class, she calls out individual achievements and form corrections, tweaking your form so you actually feel it! She’s your ultimate hype-person, cheering you on when you’re convinced you can’t do another rep.

Oh, did I mention the fun lights and disco balls?

What a great Pilates class with Shannon! I felt every muscle in my body and had a great, fun workout! The studio is gorgeous with all the disco balls and dimmed lights. I will definitely be back!
