I can’t say enough good things about this fitness and Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such warmth and positive energy. Janine and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Their expertise, encouragement, and genuine care for each client’s progress set this place apart.
The classes are thoughtfully designed, challenging yet accessible, and always leave you feeling stronger and more centered. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, they meet you where you are and help you grow with every session.

I LOVE this studio! There is a variety of classes, strength, cardio, barre, and more. All the instructors are highly trained, knowledgeable, modify exercises based on ability of clients, and it is such a welcoming supportive community. Highly recommend Studio One Fit and the Studio One Pilates Studio in Sun City that does pilates reformer classes.

Classes are varied, challenging, and fun! All fitness levels are welcome and instructors offer modifications for those who are just starting or have specific issues. People are super friendly!
I highly recommend the Saturday yin yoga class. It is a stretching class (with props for support if needed). Even if you are not flexible you need this class (especially if you are not flexible). It is the highlight of my week!
