SUDA is such a great gym! The hours are super flexible, which is a huge plus for me since I work long shifts. They even have 8pm classes, and that’s hard to find anywhere else.
I started my fitness journey about a year ago, and since then I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and even started doing DEKA events. Now I’m training for my first HYROX! I never thought I’d put myself out there like this, but SUDA really gives you the confidence to try new things.
I’ve also improved so much, I recently ran a 10K without stopping, and before joining I couldn’t even run a mile! The front desk team, Erick and Richie, are always so welcoming and friendly, and all the coaches are amazing. I’ve taken classes with Coach Karen, Rudy, Luis, and Alejandra! They’re all so encouraging and really push you to do your best.
Don’t feel shy, this gym is for all levels! It might feel tough at first, but it gets better, and you’ll see progress every week. Consistency is key, even when it gets hard.

I've been going to Suda Fitness for a little over a month now, and it's quickly becoming a regular part of my routine. The gym is fully equipped for CrossFit, and they offer structured classes that focus on different areas of the body each day — which keeps things fresh and targeted.
One of the biggest perks for me is the location — it's super close to home — and the hours are flexible enough to work around my schedule. The atmosphere is motivating,The coaches are very friendly and helpful. I love that they greet me by name every time I walk in not to mention everything is clean and well-maintained.

I started training at Suda Fitness about three years ago, and after taking a long break, coming back felt like I never left. The coaches and members welcomed me right back in and made it easy to get back into the grind. The energy here is unmatched everyone pushes each other but also genuinely supports your progress.
Since returning, I’ve been working toward big goals like half marathon training, HYROX prep, and dropping serious weight. The programming is spot on, a perfect mix of strength, conditioning, and performance work that keeps things challenging and fun. The coaches really pay attention to your form and effort, and they always know how to get the best out of you.
Even after a long day, those 8 PM classes are something I look forward to. The environment, structure, and accountability have helped me get stronger, leaner, and faster.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym. I have been driving by the gym for years and always forgot to look into it. I was so happy when I finally did. The staff and members are all so nice and helpful. The website was super easy to figure out, the pricing was listed. They offer a 3 day free trial. I did 1 day and was hooked ever since.

All the Suda Fitness Staff are welcoming from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. You get to listen to great workout music as you feel the progress of getting stronger. The coaches are amazing because they offer modifications and/or assistance based on level of fitness during the workout. Suda has been amazing for my fitness needs! I started with 2 nights of personal training with Cesar and the free 3 day trial of classes. I was hooked on how great I felt (and still feel) by just moving my body. I am now a monthly participant and love it!
I have terrible knees and am terrified of reinjuring them. I let let the coaches know and they are great about modifying a station for me or giving me another workout to do in lieu of the ones I don't feel comfortable doing.
Walk, run, lunge walk your way to Suda Fitness. You'll be so glad you did and your body and mind will thank you immediately!

Suda fitness is a small family owned gym that welcomes your with open arms! Classes are 55 mins long & HIIT, cardio & strength training focused. Coming to this gym has been the best decision yet. You honestly become one big family! Also, a plus is that there is no contract or commitment. It can be done on a month to month & they are very flexible about pausing your membership when needed (also pricing is very accesible) I love Suda Fitness! Karen & Eric are doing a great job running this gym located in Downey!

I have been at SUDA since the very beginning when they opened about 10-11 years ago! I have been at other gyms previously, and I must say none of the gyms I have been to have felt like a family to me. Instantly, all of the trainers and staff learn everyone’s name and makes a connection. The workouts are amazing and the facility is always up to par, but the personal connection is really what keeps me coming back. I absolutely love SUDA( a.k.a. my home away from home) They are definitely worth getting up at 4:30 AM. 😝

I started coming to Suda Fitness about three months ago, originally just for the HYROX classes. I ended up enjoying it so much that I decided to get a membership for unlimited bootcamp classes, which also includes HYROX and yoga. They do offer yoga twice a month to support range of motion, recognizing that it’s just as important for weightlifting and overall performance.
The owners are always friendly and welcoming, and the coaches take the time to check forms and offer guidance. The members are also super friendly, which makes the environment even better. I also appreciate that their class schedule is set at convenient times that fit easily before or after work.
I’m excited to continue this new fitness journey with Suda!

I have been going to SUDA Fitness for over a year now, and I find it to be an excellent fit for me. The Coaches are great. I appreciate how they challenge and motivate me during class. I know I wouldn't be doing the exercises I do or the weight I am lifting at an ordinary gym. I would for sure recommend SUDA. It's a great place to work out at a great price, too.

Although I just started coming to Suda Fitness I can definitely say that it is a very welcoming gym, the trainers are kind and friendly. For a new person it was definitely helpful that the workouts are written on a white board as a reference, so far I’ve taken their Hyrox and upper body classes and really got the blood flowing so I am definitely going to incorporate Suda into my workout regime on top of my cycling classes moving forward. If I can add one more reason to convince you to chose a gym like Suda over a gym membership where you’re alone to fend for yourself is that having people with the same goals and actual trainers guiding you definitely motivates you to keep pushing towards your fitness goals and actually get there.

Just started coming to this gym after finding out they offer classes specifically catered to Hyrox training which is something I wanted to do for some time now. The gym offers everything you might need to train for one but more than anything else what makes a gym a place you'd want to come back to again starts with the staff and this place has that from the man holding the front desk to the trainers, all welcoming and wiling to help in anything. After a couple of Classes in, I've felt the camaraderie among the other gym goers and that's not always easy to find especially when you're the new guy. If you're looking to start your fitness journey and don't know where to start I highly recommend you start here rather than going to Planet Fitness or similar, this is coming from someone who's attempted multiple times and always wondered why I quit every time. Simply, it's because at those gyms you're alone and don't always know where to start. Invest on you and try Suda, you'll have the support from the trainers and the new friendships you'll create along the way.

Coaches do a great job, caring and motivating. They always have new circuits that are fun and hit the spot. They recently added 2 days of strength training. Every exercise is laid out for you... beats going to a traditional gym and fighting for the next weight station. Highly recommend 👌

I came in November 2023, no idea what to expect during my free trial. After that, I felt really challenged and since then I've never felt better about myself. I love coming in and the front desk welcoming me. I really enjoy the 2 days of strength and conditioning, really helps challenge myself in adding more weights. I decided to try this place out due to how packed gyms get and my schedule. I've been a memeber for 4 months now. The best part of this gym is the people that work there. Richard, for example, always greats you with a smile. The coaches put fun workouts on a weekly basis that are challenging and rewarding once you are done. I would highly recommend this place.

SUDA Fitness has been everything I never thought I needed! As a person who has struggled with weight and never really considers herself an "athlete", SUDA has provided a safe place for me to grow physically and mentally. As an adult, I feel like I am the fittest that I have ever been thanks to the SUDA coaches. I think the best part of SUDA is that no matter where you are on your fitness journey, you can go and make it as challenging or as easy, depending on your level of fitness. Above all, SUDA has transformed my marriage. My husband and I have learned so much about each other and bonded over working out together. So I moved to Bellflower from Long Beach and was looking for a new gym. More of a bootcamp style gym and not your traditional gym. I found SUDA Fitness and fell in love with this gym! I love not having to think of what I need to do because it's all laid out for you when you get there. Coach Karen is awesome! The owner is very helpful and kind as well. I've been an avid gym goer for 3 years. I lost 70lbs through cardio and planet fitness. I then moved to 24hrs where I got serious about weight lifting. After 3 years of weightlifting, I was getting bored. I wanted to a change of pace and visited as well. I loved it! Although most of the exercises are really light weight, the pace of the workouts keep you going and really get your heart pumping.
I'm now attending here 3x a week and doing weightlifting 2x a week.

I have been going to a gym on and off and was never consistent with any gym routine. I have been coming to Suda for the last 3 months and I will continue to come. I come about 4 times a week and I love that I can come for a 50 minute work out and feel like I’m doing something. The class starts with a warm up and then the trainer introduces the workout stations for the day. Monday’s are leg day, Tuesday upper body, Wednesday is core, Thursday is full body. Those are the classes I usually come to. You start in a station and then you rotate. Throughout the workouts the trainers walk around to help you with your form and encourage you. I enjoy coming to Suda after work everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I first came with a 7 day free trial and stayed after that so if you want to try it out you should definitely check out their website for the 7 day free trial details.

Good workout. Warm up and cool down needed help. Trainer wasn't very welcoming. Music was so loud I couldn't really hear the clock countdown or the trainer yelling into the microphone. Great music but a little loud. Trainer also didn't explain the clock so I had to ask someone mid workout. Maybe I just couldn't hear him over the music. Really need to work on warm up and cool down, especially cool down. Hardly any stretching, more just chatting.

i have been going to this bootcamp for approximately 2 years. It is a place where the trainers take the time to teach you the proper techniques on working out without getting an injury. The trainers are highly qualified. They care about their clients. The environment is very friendly and the trainers know you by your name. Compare to all these gyms that you are just a number. I highly recommend this place. You will see the difference.

Growth is painful, change is painful but being stuck is awful. A mother of four,depressed and seeing the changes motherhood did to my body was beyond upsetting. Once I took my first step into Sudafit my life transform. With the help of God, Sam, Liz and Justin. I became the old me. "Life is the greatest journey you will ever be on." 12 years ago this quote had no meaning to me as I was not living life but watching it pass me by. As I sit and reflect I can honestly say that I wasted the most important years of my life to a world of self pity as I found comfort in food as it was my way to make things right.
My physical appearance was screaming for help but for many years I didn't see it. Yes I would look at the reflection in the mirror but I wasn't focused on my looks or what people would say instead I was focused on making a difference in other peoples lives and bringing a smile to their face when inside I was hoping that others would give me the same hope.
In 2005, a time where bootcamps were not heard of as they are today, I decided to go under the knife and get the gastric bypass. I was 346lbs at the time and the scale kept going up. Within a year I lost 100lbs and then it stopped. I thought that this was the best I could do and was content but still unhappy.
In December 2014 I happened to come across a bootcamp offer on Groupon. Afraid to try it out on my own I reached out to friends and family to see who was willing to try it out with me as I did not know what to expect and figured if I had someone with me then maybe I would stick to it. The Groupon ad led me to Sudafit and this is when my true journey began.
Liz and Sam have been amazing and so welcoming. I had heard bad stories about bootcamps and how they scream and push you until you drop but somehow they were different. Their bootcamp is a home away from home. They get to know you individually and call you by name. You are not just another member added to their list but instead you are joining a family; a group of strong individuals that have had their own struggles and at the end of the day get together for a common goal; a healthier lifestyle.
In January 2015 I attended my first bootcamp class and I have not turned back. They push me when they know I can be pushed and are an inspiration to us all. They are a true reflection of what hard work and faith can do. They keep me coming back and I couldn't be more thankful as I can say that I am living life now and enjoying it to the fullest. My body has gone through such an amazing transformation and my journey continues. I have made special friendships along the way and have learned so much about what it truly means to be healthy and it's not all about how you look but how you feel within your skin. I am not saying I am perfect but I am in a much better place thanks to them.

I found SUDA through yelp in late August 2015. I had gotten really sick and needed to get healthy again so I decided that SUDA was the way to go. I began SUDA in September 2015 and continue to go at least 5-6 days a week. They provide challenging workouts and are always pushing you to reach your goals or obtain new goals. SUDA has a positive and welcoming environment. I was able to get back in shape and also get my health back on track with the help of SUDA and all their awesome trainers. They are always willing to help modify the workout to your needs (I have gone with a sprained ankle and they differentiated the workout to my needs). As I continued working out with SUDA, my family was quick to notice my physical changes and wanted to join me. I got them passes and now going to SUDA is a family affair (My cousin was the most recent challenge winner)! SUDA has made my family and I health conscious and keeps us motivated to continue exceeding our goals. I highly recommended SUDA!

Amazing place! The workouts are so good that there is no choice but to sweat. I started SUDA a month ago and before then I had really fell off my fitness routines. In the past year I stopped working out because as we all know life happens and we start making excuses on why we can't work out. This year has been hard for me that I became depressed and I stopped doing the things that I loved to do and I knew I wasn't being myself. So that's when I knew I needed to make a change and with a little motivation from my best friend I joined SUDA. This place has really helped me be a better person, my mood has improved, I'm much more energized and I am becoming comfortable in my own skin. I love the way I feel after a bootcamp class that everyday I look forward to going. I'm grateful that I found this place and all its done for me in such a short time, I'm excited to continue to see progress and growth in myself.

Before I found SUDAFIT I Never excersied a day of my life. Always eating junk food late at night not really caring about my unhealthy life style. Than one day at church I met Sam Santos and he told me about his place and to come down and try it out it took me awhile to go but when I did I never looked back. Now I weight 185lbs. And knowing how to eat right. Also met a lot good people here. So if you want a Life style change with great trainers this is the place . I have so much energy now its great also I'm 48 years old.
