Diego is exceptional, Patient and Kind. I notice a great change in my upper body strength. Great way to lean out your body. The staff from the owner Diego and staff eli are all amazing. I feel like I learn a tremendous amount with each and every visit! Highly recommend!

Ever since I joined Suicide I became addicted to the pain of soreness! Diego, Eli, Maui....anyone part of their team that you meet are professional respectful, motivating individuals.
The ambiance is very family oriented, I bring my kids every so often and everyone is kind and helpful. I’m motivated to come everyday because of the family like environment, the workouts that are rigorous but beneficial, and the motivation during the workout that is truly like none other!
The price you pay for the type of training you get, is worth every penny, if not more. If you struggle with a workout don’t worry, the guys will coach you like true professionals and personal trainers.
This is not like any other gym! This is the best gym and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
