This is such a lovely studio! It is bright, clean, and well air-conditioned during these hot summer months. I’ve taken several classes and have enjoyed them all. Currently, barre with Ashley is my favorite—it’s a fun, upbeat way to tap into your feminine energy while getting a gnarly workout in.

To challenging your mind and body to restoring your mind and body Sunflower Studio has a class for you. I have been a member since the studio opened and I will continue to be a member for years to come. Jade is a wonderful instructor that guides your practice with patience and understanding for all levels and body types. I would and I do recommend Sunflower Studio 100%.

I would highly recommend Sunflower Studio. The space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Jade, the instructor, is helpful and knowledgeable. Yoga has helped me mentally and physically. I look forward to every class I sign up for! 🌻

I love everything about taking classes at Sunflower Studio! The interior is beautiful and the classes are intimate. Jade is very helpful in making slight changes in your movements and poses that lead to a better workout. Although, I love the yoga classes, Barre was a great workout and so fun!

I brought a group of friends from Bakersfield to try classes as well. As beginners, they felt supported and loved both Gentle and Sculpt yoga.

Every single class I’ve taken with Jade has been such a positive experience. Her voice and the atmosphere is so calming and serene. Jade is welcoming to all levels. If you are thinking of trying any of her classes DO IT! Don’t miss out because you will wish you had started sooner!
