Stacey is such a kind and welcoming instructor, and it’s clear she cares about creating a positive experience for her students. Her friendly attitude made the class feel very comfortable. However, it would be even better if she came in with a clearer plan for the session. Throughout the class, she often checked the time and seemed unsure of what to do next, which disrupted the flow a bit. Having a more structured plan would help the practice feel more intentional and connected. It would also be lovely if the movements could sync better with the music to create a more seamless and calming experience. Overall, she has a wonderful presence, and with a little more preparation, her classes could be truly amazing!

Best yoga studio I've ever been to. First went there 9 yrs ago. Its a staple in Old Town. Great, friendly, fun atmosphere. Ernie & Stacy are really hands on owners, & teachers as well. Very efficiently run. Good assortment of classes & instructors for all levels & schedules. You will feel welcome the first, & every time you visit. Its affordable, has a good range of discount packages, as well as individual classes available.

Great vibe promoting a very humble and modest spirituality. One of the favorite studios I've encountered in my life. Re: pandemic times, the outdoor space is great. I love how the teachers here outline multiple variations and options for poses. This place is a bastion of loving peace behind the Orange Curtain. This is a local, non-chain yoga place that is well worth supporting.

My husband and I have been going here for almost a year and we just love it. They have a variety of classes to match just about every level and schedule. Everyone is really friendly and supportive - we never feel like yoga is a contest here. The focus is on personal health and growth. Ernie and Stacy learned our names super fast and remember details about our lives, so it really feels like we are part of the community! We have enjoyed getting stronger with SunSpark.

SunSpark Yoga is the perfect yoga studio!!!
If you want a yoga studio for all levels, styles, and ages this is where you should go! Family owned too! I've been going there for 2 years and it feels like home. If you look at the class descriptions, you won't find a wider variety than they offer. The prices are so reasonable!
I've gone to other studios and never quite comes up to the level of SunSpark. When you are in a class the instructor will introduce themselves to you and ask if you have any physical issues or concerns. They monitor if you need help with the correct posture or how to adapt the position for your comfort level. The instructors give you attention and time to answer any questions you might have. They have all the props and mats that you would need, so I encourage you to try them. I love this studio.

SunSpark is the perfect addition to my fitness routine. It targets completely different muscles than most workouts and is more accessible than regular Pilates. I love the low impact, deep muscle work.
