So firstly I would like to admit I don’t do yoga, meditate or any other practices. So when I went to this healing breath work class with a open mind. I was shocked by how powerful and healing it was. I have never felt so much energy in my entire life. My body was vibrating, I was letting go of all the negative energy I was holding, all the false narratives my mind feeds me to fuel me with fear. Afterwards, l felt at peace. It calmed my mind, my soul and left me feeling brand new. Everything that limited was set free. Sarah is a magical human being. And I look forward to all the future classes I will be taking from her, and bringing anyone that also needs healing.❤️

This little gem of a studio is simply the best! All of the instructors whose classes I have taken have been incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. I am so happy that I found this studio. Doing yoga here is the best part of my day!

This studio is special.

I've been practicing at Surya for about a month now - the classes have all been wonderful and unique to each instructor. I've enjoyed every class I've attended and have been blessed to find an approachable, challenged approach to my practice.

I highly recommend the studio for beginners and seasoned yogis, alike. There is no pretension, the space is beautiful and clean and most importantly, Yonnus' team provides world-class instruction.

Best place to do yoga in Venice! Nicole's classes are the right fit for me. She teaches a strong flow. It gets my heart pumping and a feel like I got a good work out in. She also plays the best music. Great class for athletes.

simply one of the best yoga studios on the west side... definitely the best in venice. i almost don't want to speak so highly of it because i really enjoy the small class sizes. world class instruction, and a great neighborhood vibe here. also, tons of windows and natural light !
