Starting to train at Sweat 60 with Jordan has been a total gamechanger for me. I started with him earlier this year on the back end of dealing with severe sciatica pain from a herniated disc. After only a few months I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Jordan is super knowledgeable and customizes each workout so well to your specific goals. He will make sure you get the most out of each class and is always finding creative ways to elevate each workout. I can’t recommend Sweat 60 enough!

I started weight training at Sweat 60 in Culver City a couple months ago.
I initially met with Jordan and ran through a session of lifting some weights, and he evaluated me.
Jordan challenged me enough that I could see that this is going to take some work but that I would get stronger with time.
Cruz has been training me for six weeks now. I love working with him. His instruction is clear and detailed. He demonstrates each exercise as he explains the movement, emphasizing good form. He watches you and is 100 percent present. He changes the routine up so that it’s fun and not boring.
Yes, there are some exercises we do again and again, but those are the ones I need. My core is definitely getting stronger.
I love that this gym runs on time. You get in and get out always feeling better mentally and physically.
Coming to Sweat 60 twice a week has been so positive and has made my life better.
I highly recommend this gym.

I absolutely l recommend Sweat 60. The trainers are very knowledgeable about fitness/health and customize your workouts based on your personal goals. The small group setting ensures you work safely and efficiently to get to your peak performance level. I love this gym! The semi personal training is exactly what my husband and I needed to 1. kick start our weight training (or kick it into high gear) 2. spend time together outside of home/work life :)
The coaches are super supportive (shout out Jordan, Cruz and Grant!) and customize our trainings to our goals, occasional limitations and interests. I personally had a goal to hit a certain weight in deadlifts and I achieved it + some! Additionally, I'm trying to tone up and can see results just after 4 months of going twice a week. The workouts are challenging!!
The gym itself is organized and clean, easy location to find and ample free parking in the back or street parking in the front. I'd highly recommend Sweat60 if you're looking to get a great workout in (no matter your goals, current fitness journey, age, mobility etc), and have accountability and fun all at the same time.

I had Achilles surgery early in the week, and was back in the gym later that week because they created programming around my injury. I love this place! Before I started coming here, I had never lifted weights before and I was definitely nervous about it. However this place has made me love it. Great emphasis on a full body workout with strength training. Workouts change every 3-4 weeks to focus on different muscle groups and movements. Community feel with good music and positive energy. I’ve been training with Jordan for about 6 weeks and it has been the best decision I’ve made all year! It’s the first time I’ve ever worked with a coach before and I definitely feel like he has set the bar high. He took the time to understand my goals and I consistently feel supported and challenged.

Coach Cruz is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and has an answer to any training/fitness question you might have. He also gets to know all of his clients and makes the gym a fun environment for everyone. To my 50-ish sisters, you need Sweat 60 in your life. Eating healthy and doing regular cardio workouts just weren't doing what they used to for my body. I kept reading that the key was to add strength training - and it's 1000% true! Nine weeks into my fitness journey at Sweat 60, and I only wish I had started it sooner.
This is a beginner-friendly gym, and I'm loving the small group training sessions (up to 6 people). Each person in the session is on their own fitness journey, so a coach will guide you through exercises geared to your individual goals. What keeps me coming back are the coaches - Jordan and Cruz. They're exactly what I need... they're experts, they're motivating, they answer my questions, and I can feel they care about me, my growth, and my success.
I'm feeling stronger, healthier, and I'm now hooked on strength training. If you're thinking about checking out Sweat 60... DO IT!

I've been training here for a while now and I love it. The small group format (usually 4–6 people) feels like you're getting private training, but with the added energy of a group. Jordan is an incredible trainer—he’s so good at tailoring workouts to each person’s level, whether you're brand new or really experienced. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Having been a Sweat60 group training fan for many years, I decided to try personal training as I felt like I wasn’t pushing myself enough in group classes. Best move ever! Each PT session challenges and pushes me exactly to the level I need to be pushed. Having one of the trainers watching my every move motivates me to work harder and go up in weight when I know I should (vs staying completely in my comfort zone with a weight that I know is doable). Now let me start by saying I have never felt like gym material. I have many body issues, both in structure and mind. However, Jordan at Sweat60 is the only coach I've ever felt comfortable going to. He KNOWS his stuff. And it's beyond just doing the reps. Jordan understands how our minds and bodies are connected in ways that make working out fun, humbling, AND empowering. He's helped me with gaining muscle, fixing my posture, and giving me confidence to push through the reps. I'm hoping to be toned for my wedding in June, and with Jordan motivating me while also reminding me that I have a place in the world of fitness, I actually feel like my goals are attainable. I have had personal trainers over the years in Florida, Illinois and now California. Sweat 60 is very different than those other experiences and, consequently, I’m seeing more results than I have before. First of all, the work out is built around the concept of 3 sets of 3 exercises per session and if you come three times per week that’s 9 sets of different exercises. There is a strong focus on squats, shoulders, and other basic muscle groups that are book-ended by cardio at the beginning of the session to warm up and at the end to cool down.
My particular situation is more unique in that I am a cancer survivor and also have severe atrial fibrillation. Jordan at Seat 60 took the time to discuss my recent medical challenges and built me a routine that addresses my goals and objectives while carefully taking into consideration my medical situation. Sometimes my energy is low and other times I have no issues. Jordan recognized that there might be underlying medical reasons that day for this and doesn’t bug or harass like other trainers do. He motivates and partners with you.
I have seen results and I know that I am toning up and losing weight. I truly sweat as does everyone who takes a training session there. The environment is lively and social but doesn’t interfere with your workout. Jordan, Cruze and the other trainers that are there are very nice and make you fit in right away. It’s not awkward to join a class even though cliques may have already formed.
The trainers run around showing you which exercises to do next, the proper form to do them and they bring weights to you and set things up if necessary. I really encourage anyone thinking about getting some personal training assistance to consider Sweat 60. I feel the results are more concrete and immediate and the communication is proactive, motivating and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

I can't recommend Sweat60 enough. I have historically struggled with motivation and consistency, but working with Jordan has been incredibly helpful. He takes the time to tailor workouts to my goals, is mindful of any lingering injuries, and helps keep me motivated throughout the week. Coach Jordan is professional, friendly and knows how to push to maximum potential without causing any injuries! Gym is clean. Coaches are calm and friendly to talk to. Group sessions, individual sessions go for one hour long and coach usually goes through 5-10 minute warm up then 4 sets x 3 with each set containing two or three different routines. He helps you have best form, his knowledge around nutrition and muscle shape is great too. You will feel your body change after the 10 sessions! Highly recommend.

Came into Sweat60 with nagging shoulder and hip issues from years of bad posture and workouts that would just exacerbate my problems. Jordan assessed my issues in person and has been programming specifically to address them while getting me stronger overall, and it worked!
My shoulder always used to pop (often painfully) when reaching overhead to grab things. Grabbed something from the top cupboard the other day and realized after that the motion was smooth and pain free, and that’s after only 2 months of work! We have been clients of Jordan at Sweat60 over at the Lincoln location - and recently moved with him over to this new location which is beautiful, clean, fresh, yet intimate. All of the equipment is brand new which is amazing as well. I was hot before Sweat 60, for sure, but now I'm HOT. Jordan sculpted me in the house that Kevin built, a rock-hard desk jockey hammered from a pile of putty. I'm almost 50 and people ask if I'm in my mid to late 40's ALL THE TIME!
My little high school swimmer self never knew that one day, in the very very far future, I'd be able to deadlift donkey kong and squat a sumo wrestler.

I’ve been going to sweat 60 for about three years and I’ve worked consistently with the trainers as they’ve moved from location to location. I can’t say enough great things about the gym. I’m a little bit scared that if I say too many great things the gym will be way too busy, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I’m an extremely busy professional. I’m a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and these trainers take the time to help optimize my workout routine to improve the quality of my practice. Jordan in particular has been a stand out trainer- He really knows how to program consistent workout routines. Kevin is really the backbone to the main location on Lincoln and I’ve known Kevin since the start. Kevin has consistently hired amazing trainers and he created a culture That is a fun place to work out But still provides an excellent high-quality routine.
The programming for the gym is great. The quality of the culture is great. The equipment is amazing, but most importantly the trainers are top-tier. I’ve actually used almost all of the trainers at both locations and I can say that they are some of the best that I’ve met in Los Angeles.
The new location on Washington is amazing. It’s clean. It’s high-quality equipment and the same commitment to excellent programming.
I’ve had many personal trainers and I’ve been a member at many gyms and I can honestly say that sweat 60 is the best. If you’re thinking about it, I would strongly suggest signing up. You won’t regret it.

I have worked with Jordan for over 1.5 years. I have never had such an amazing progress. My dumbbell press has gone from 30 to 95 pound per dumbbell (total of 190 pounds), my squat from 135 to 250 pounds and my deadlift went from 190 to 380 pounds. The intensity, programming, and active coaching Jordan brought to the table made all the difference. I highly recommend Jordan and his team to any person looking to get in shape and be healthy!
