About the Club

Sweat Equity is a heart pumping, muscle building workout that will challenge your cardio, core and strength. We will focus on full body strength training moves with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. The strength training is combined with 2-8 minute cardio intervals on a variety of cardio machines including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, skiergs, and stepmills. This combination provides you a complete, fat burning, strength building workout.

I’ve never experienced a gym like this ! I had such a great time working out next to actual athletes. Some people were using 100 lb weights !!! I can’t say enough about this place. Mia and Anthony are absolute game changers. I had a pain in my shoulder that they both noticed and helped me modify. This place will get you excited leave your phone in the locker and sweat.

This gym and the classes are amazing. People of all different fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes are all getting a great workout. The trainers know how to watch out to be sure that your form is correct and that you are pushing yourself. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout and Im happy to go back the next day. Classes are offered many times during the day so I can always fit it into my ever changing schedule. There is even a login to class when I am traveling. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this gym and all the people involved. The trainers are great as they motivate and ensure proper form. The owners are wonderful people and super friendly. The other gym people are welcoming, judgement free snd supportive! After never stepping foot into a gym for 50 years, I now go 4-5 times a week for the past 4 plus years. This gym is exactly what I needed! Being new to the area, I was looking for somewhere to get a great workout in while also building community + making friends! Everyone at Sweat Circuit is so personable + encouraging—including the coaches. The workouts themselves are always different, always well balanced between cardio + strength and always modifiable depending how hard you want to go that day. Top 10 Reasons I love this gym.
10. Structured classes through out the day. I get in at 5:30am and done by 6:30am. Get in and get out before work. Nothing can interrupt my plan to get the daily workout in when I go early. If I need to sleep in, I can hit the 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am. If I go in the afternoon I can hit the Noon, 4:30pm and 5:30pm class. Weekend classes are available too.
9. Subscription payment system and app based class sign up makes it easy to manage my gym time and go as much as I need to.
8. Community. Neighbors, friends, and co-workers all show up and we work-out together inspiring friendly competitions.
7. The owners are amazing and make working out fun with monthly themed games and challenges.
6. You just show up and follow the plan. I don't have to think about how I'm going to work out, the trainers have it all planned out for you. The stations are laid out and the program is displayed on screens throughout the room. The trainers are there to guide you and make sure you get a great pre-workout brief.
5. The trainers are super friendly and make people feel comfortable. By they way they can be hired for PERSONAL TRAINING too.
4. New people are always welcome! In fact, let me know if you want to go and just come with me on Fridays!
3. The work-outs are challenging but they can be modified super easy if you are working around an injury or just starting on your fitness journey. I tell myself and my wife, we are here to stay moving not get injured. Trainers will help you modify if needed.

Through the grace of God, I have gotten nearly 90% of my brain and motor skills back thanks to Nick’s programming and the community that he and Liz bring to the gym in Coronado. Best workout I have found! No class has ever made me feel stronger, more toned and definitely more sweaty. I started coming here after having my second child and within 10 days I saw a difference. The instructors are all great. I like having some direction and some I courage to and help throughout the class and they all are wonderful and giving it if you want it. I’m so happy I finally found a workout that actually shows results in a fun workout. It goes by so quick because you’re never in one exercise for very long. I also love that my husband and I can go together and do the same workout but at our very different levels. I never regret this workout and won’t be stopping.

Wow! Get ready to sweat! I took a class here this week while on vacation and it was a great class. The class was set up with stations and you rotated every 4 minutes. The stations and workouts were displayed on screen with videos of how to do certain workouts. The instructor also demonstrated, walked around the room, checked form and motivated everyone. This class was high intensity and moved at a quick pace. This class may be tough for beginners, so if you're new to working out you may want to go early and talk to the instructor about what you'll be doing for each workout. I would highly recommend.
