Coach D and coach Jamie have created the best environment in this fitness studio. It’s such a welcoming community. Not many studios in the area focus on strength training in a group class environment. The coaches are also incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, exercise, form, and nutrition helping you become the best version of yourself. Highly recommend joining this studio.

Sweat Circuit is hands down the best gym in North County San Diego. The programming is intelligent—tailoring strength and conditioning to safe, sustainable fitness rather than just throwing weights at people without proper training. The trainers take the time to teach members what the movements are and why they’re doing them.

I’m the strongest and healthiest I’ve been since graduating from college, and I continue to improve each day with the help of the coaches at Sweat Circuit. The best part about this gym is the community Jamie and Damien have built. I’m excited to come to class knowing I’ll be there with the gym friends I’ve made here.

Damien’s electric personality gets you fired up, even if you were dreading to come to class, and Jamie’s motivation pushes you to do your very best—even when you’re tired. But they're also smart and tell you to listen to your body if you need to go easy. The rest of the training staff are just as amazing as Jamie and Damien so finding the motivation to come to class is easy.

If you’re looking for an inclusive gym that truly cares about you and your health, Sweat Circuit is the gym for you.

Sweat Circuit is the best of the best! While I've worked out and eaten healthy for a long time, this workout has truly been a game changer for my body. Things I love:
1. Each day of the week targets a different area of the body so you really get to fatigue the muscles - I find I'm sore after every class.
2. You have a specifically targeted program for 4 weeks which allows you to monitor your progress week to week. After 4 weeks they change the program, so you're never plateauing and challenging your body in different ways.
3. The instructors are incredible and really welcoming! They do a great job of making sure your form is correct and offer modifications for every level - both easier and more challenging. Feels like you are getting a personal training session in a group setting
4. The community is so motivating and welcomes you with open arms. I see people of all ages that are super fit - shows you it's really working! Also, working out in pods provides a really unique opportunity to get to know others, and to push and encourage each other. If you're a person that prefers to be more to yourself, that's totally fine too! I feel like people meet you where you are in a judgement free zone.
5. Classes are really challenging, fun, great music, and go by fast. I've seen a huge difference in my strength, how toned I am, and how much more energy I have in just 25 classes.

Having experienced several local group fitness programs, including OrangeTheory, F45, and BXNG Club, I recently wrapped up my first month at SweatCircuit. I absolutely love SweatCircuit's approach to providing a comprehensive and impactful workout.

- Superior Equipment Options: SweatCircuit provides a broader range of equipment than other group fitness programs I have tried. They have squat racks and barbells for more strength training options and a more diverse selection of cardio options like ski ergs and assault bikes, in addition to treadmills, ellipticals, and stair climbers.
- Community Feel and Structured Workouts: The unique format of working closely with the same group for an entire session builds camaraderie. We rotate through 4-6 stations, each offering 2-3 exercises, allowing ample time to master each move instead of being fixed at one station or constantly moving. The focused time at each station in SweatCircuit means I receive tailored instructor feedback, enhancing my technique and workout effectiveness.
- Relaxed Atmosphere Without Sales Pressure: One of the most refreshing aspects of SweatCircuit is the absence of high-pressure sales tactics. The focus is squarely on fitness and member satisfaction, greatly enhancing the experience.

Points to Consider:
- Cardio Sessions: Although SweatCircuit incorporates a variety of cardio exercises, it doesn't focus on extended endurance sessions. I appreciate this because it allows for a broader range of activities during class, and I'm free to supplement with running or using a spin bike on my own time.
- Facility and Tech: While the facilities might not have the high-tech polish of larger franchises, they are sufficient and contribute to a more intimate and less commercial atmosphere that I prefer.

Overall, SweatCircuit excels in providing a varied mix of equipment, intense workouts, personalized coaching, and a strong community vibe, making an outstanding group fitness program.

I've been a member for over a year now (with over 240 classes completed) so I can honestly recommend Sweat Circuit for anyone of all ages and sizes.
The coaching team; Ashley, Jamie, Eli, and Damien are wonderful at motivating you to push yourself and helping adjust your form as you do the exercise. The workouts change every 3 weeks, so you never get tired of the same thing.

I thrive in a gym that fosters a social community, so if you're looking for one with HIIT movement, strength training, yoga, AND mobility clinics, then you've found it. (Plus, they offer other physical classes/workshops outside of their curriculum and invite other small businesses to promote their fitness programs).

I really love this gym! I have been on the hunt for a gym/training like SC offers, and it is great! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are awesome! The workouts vary from a day to day rotation of upper, lower and full body and from week to week mixing it up and keeping it fresh. All workouts have a cardio element to them, but if you want more strength and to skip cardio, they also offer Strong classes (sans cardio). Since it is all circuit based, the classes fly by!
The coaches are approachable, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community is great and there are activities and clinics scheduled in addition to the classes to help build community. I highly recommend giving this gym a try. You'll get hooked!

Sweat Circuit is my new favorite morning routine. Every class brings a new workout so it never gets stale, and effectively hit both strength and cardio in under an hour. There is a strong social community and the instructors are supportive and motivating. Owner Nick is awesome!

Great circuit training with cardio machines, weights & timed workouts. Coaches do a great job leading. Lots of classes & clean. You get strong quickly. Tough workouts but fun! Great location easy to get to. They have breath work class too.

My first Sweat Circuit experience was a challenging 50+ minutes. And, yes, it made me SWEAT, as promised! The studio has huge display monitors to track your time easily and great music to entertain, while distracting from any prolonged focus on elapsing time. The circuit equipment is excellent and offers enough variety to keep you motivated and your workout interesting. A keep-you-on-your-toes, roaming fitness trainer holds you accountable. My first SWEAT experience was rounded out nicely, too, with a community of outgoing, friendly, and determined patrons. This group is serious about SWEATING! If you're determined to get a kick-your-butt workout that also lets you sync to your own pace, go here! Looking forward to my next Sweat Circuit Del Mar workout!

I've been staying in SD for the last few months and I LOVE this place. I have been looking for a studio like this for so long and coming here has made me noticeably stronger and really helped me build my confidence in a weight room setting. Both Ashley and Eli are awesome trainers who really care about your form and will challenge you to pick up heavier weights and push yourself. There is such an amazing sense of community here and everyone is so kind and welcoming. I have loved coming here so much, I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

Great music and a great trainer pump you up from beginning to end making you feel like you have accomplished something incredible.
