Great class! Incredible atmosphere, challenging but doable. Chris takes the time with everyone in the class to make the experience feel personalized. You Workout at your own pace in a group environment that is extremely motivating. Highly recommend.

Everytime I take class from this guy, there will be a point where I stop and I am just in awe. This guy is uniquely suited for this - he is very talented and has created not only workouts that shift your body quickly, but has created a REALLY great community of people. The environment is both full on get down to business workouts, but also super comfortable. Chris is actually a superior trainer, and the workouts are impressive. He’ll do in one day to your body, what weeks-months do working out on your own at the gym. That was my actual personal experience ..
He pays attention to everyone, corrects people appropriately, has great taste in music, and is very professional. There are soooo many ways to work out, but this place is really worth going to and he has the heart and the skill to get people to where they physically want to be…10 out of 10

There’s not enough positive words in the English dictionary to fully describe my experience and relationship with Sweat Equity. Chris and the culture he has created is top notch. The workouts have a great balance between strength and cardio and will workout all muscle groups. Some lifts will be a little more technical but Chris will ensure to walk you through the technique And make sure you start with a lighter weight to avoid injury. Chris, along with the other gym members, will help encourage/push/motivate you. If I could give Sweat Equity a 10/10 I would. Thanks for everything you do coach.

Have taken two classes there with my girlfriend who bought a Groupon deal. It was fun, challenging, and the people are really supportive and motivating. As a group ex instructor myself, I appreciate an instructor/coach/trainer who will challenge me and make sure I know what I should be doing. I still feel like a fish out of water in this particular environment, but we only grow outside of our comfort zone-- so I would love to continue to take classes there. I took classes from both Chris and Nick, both were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. I love the intensity of the trainers and the workout-- they won't sugar coat and they will push you (and lets face it, swearing ALWAYS helps haha!). Some of the movement is pretty technical and I could use more direction, but if I ask they are always willing to help. It is a family oriented and clean environment. Give it a try!

UPDATE 2022:
The space has expanded and rebranded. Chris is so in tune with the members, and is passionate about what he does. He has a process for new athletes of any fitness level who give it a try. While some things are advanced, everything can be adjusted with multiple options for it to be accessible. Still love this place.

EnviroFit gym has been amazing. I have grown in mind, strength and stamina. Prior to joining, I was on the fast track of becoming overweight. When I joined every one of the training coaches at EnviroFit has taken me under their wing, and has taught me from the beginning; proper technique in lifting, circuit training and H.I.T. training, so I will get the most out of each workout without injury. Each class teaches something new, and never gets boring.

Here is a call to all aspiring, beginner intermediate and advanced athletes... if you are looking for a change in your life, a challenge, looking to improve your health and want to get out of the monotonous and repetitious grind that provides less than satisfactory results, as a beginner who is growing, I suggest taking a class with EnviroFit gym. You will not be disappointed.

To start off, I'll tell you a little about myself. I have never been to a gym, never done PE when I was a kid, and I would exercise alone or with someone I knew if I did exercise. When I would push myself exercising, I would hurt myself one way or another. I knew I had to find a community to learn from in order to exercise correctly. I am also an introvert and a HSP (look it up), so I am avoidant of people and environments that is negative and hostile. For someone who never gone to a gym, I had a picture in my mind of what could happen or how someone might react to me being a beginner. I am also not used to gym culture in anyway.

Alright, how do feel now that I have gone to Envirofit for a month? I am thankful that I found such a community of welcoming people. There is people of all types and backgrounds There are also people at different stages in their training. I come out of all the classes feeling amazing! I look forward to coming back each day that I have booked a group class. My body is already changing and my senses have definitely improved. Nothing can get me down the days I come. I love both trainers, Chris and Nick, they are always willing to help me understand the exercises during the training (even if I get confused easily because I'm still a beginner). Also, the other trainees help each other too! It is easy to be physically vulnerable in such a positive environment. I look forward to the day when I can welcome someone else who is a beginner and new to the gym so that they feel welcome too.
