At Sweat Pilates Marina del Rey, we offer a variety of classes to suit every fitness level. Sweat Reformer provides a modern Pilates experience on the reformer, focusing on toning, flexibility, and full-body conditioning. Sweat Bounce brings a high-energy twist, combining trampoline work with reformer exercises for a fun, cardio-packed circuit. For those seeking an intense strength-building session, Sweat Power integrates heavy dumbbells with reformer exercises to challenge and sculpt your entire body. No matter your fitness journey, our classes are designed to energize, transform, and inspire.

Kiva was extremely rude when I walked into the studio because I threw my trash away before saying hello Kiva said are you OK? You look extremely disheveled. When I go to work out, I do it to make my body feel better and clear my mind. It is not appropriate to comment on another person‘s appearance, and I would highly avoid the studio because of Kiva‘s rude behavior.

I can’t say enough about how much I love and appreciate this place! <3 As a bigger bodied 5ft girlie, I decided to try pilates this year and after trying various studios, I really appreciate this place because of the encouraging instructors and amazing music they bump. Every class is a challenge, yet really enjoyable for the mind and body. All instructors has always been attentive to every participant of a class and that’s something I’ve always appreciated. A big shoutout to Jennifer’s Sweat and Meditate classes! Instructors also cheer you along the way as you improve in classes. Showing up for yourself is the greatest thing you could do and you should definitely take the leap of faith with this studio!!

I love visiting all 3 Sweat locations! The classes are fun and challenging within a very inclusive environment for all levels. I do prefer classic type classes over the others, but I am willing to try any class with my favorite instructors-Alex C and Tracy. If you are looking for a new studio or it’s your first time, look no further!

Sweat Pilates in Marina Del Rey is incredible! The studio is spacious, full of energy, and in a great / super accessible location. They even have parking in the back! If you’re looking to get in shape quick, these 45 minute classes will surely do it. I especially recommend trying a session with Kiva – her classes are fun, challenging, and keep you coming back for more!

Love the new Marina Del Rey studio! I just moved here and was looking for an inviting pilates studio, and I'm now downright addicted...Kiva is such an amazing person + instructor; I leave every class feeling like my form is improving on top of getting a really good workout. Been telling all my friends -- highly, highly recommend classes at Sweat.

I had a wonderful time at SWEAT!! Kiva is such an amazing instructor! I was only in LA for a week, and with all the flights and travel, I was really feeling out of touch with my body. Kiva was very kind, took time to hear how I was feeling, and was able to make me feel welcome and encouraged immediately and so effortlessly. I do not have much experience with reformers, but Kiva has a very attentive and loving way of coaching you through the classes and helping you release and breathe through any difficult aspects of the exercises. Pilates at SWEAT brought me back to life, and I went back a second time in the week that I was there. It was so fun and such an amazing workout. I would 100% recommend and will schedule another visit the next time I'm in LA.

If you like great workouts and deep stretches, then this is for you! I was new to the Pilates game and skeptical about if it actually is a great workout but left Sweat Pilates dripping. Instructor really knew her stuff and the class felt extremely intimate. Highly recommend!

I recently attended a Pilates class with Kiva, and it was fantastic! From the moment the class started, Kiva’s energy and expertise were evident. She made the session both challenging and accessible, offering modifications for all fitness levels. Her cues were clear, and she paid close attention to each participant, ensuring proper form and alignment. I left feeling energized, stronger, and more connected to my body. Amazing new Pilates studio in Marina del Rey! Super clean facility with great lighting, equipment and sound. Will definitely be back. Moe’s Sunday class was the perfect kick in the ass I needed. She provided a wide range of options per exercise - whether you needed to make a modification or push a little harder. Looking forward to my next class! Playlist was also on point 👏

Sweat Pilates is EVERYTHING! From the moment I walked in, I felt the energy and enthusiasm from the trainers, and it’s contagious! They made me feel so welcome and motivated, no matter what level you’re at, they meet you there and push you in the best way possible. The space is massive and filled with natural light—so bright, airy, and just an amazing environment to work out in. Every workout feels fresh, and I leave feeling stronger and more energized every time. I can’t wait for my next class—already counting down the days! Highly recommend!
