We are Sweat, a high intensity pilates studio now in Santa Monica. Our mission is to create a fun, safe space for everyone. A place to come in, leave the crap at the door, sweat the stress away, and leave feeling good!
It's not classic Pilates. It's new Pilates, with a new attitude and a new crew!

Such a phenomenal studio on the DL!! Super clean and spacious— the class was full but wasn’t cramped at all. Kiva is a kickass instructor! Really good sequence and cues, and she did a great job of keeping everybody motivating to finish each exercise. She was really good at making sure the veterans were getting a solid workout while also making sure that the class was accessible for newbies. Also awesome music taste. Got an awesome full body workout. Can’t wait to go back!!! 10/10 recommend!

I tend to gate keep my favorites and not do reviews, so I always have a spot in their class…but I feel inclined to say Krissy is one of the best - she knows how to kick your butt, with a smile & always in style 💁🏼♀️ I am fully obsessed with Sweat & all the instructors. I am so grateful to have them walking distance from home.
